Went to the Odense (Bolbro) store to buy a washing machine for a friend. I expected a salesy 20-year-old. Instead, I got a super guy who could answer all my technical questions. He sold me a German Bauknecht at half off with a 2 year warranty and 5 years on all parts. I asked what the delivery time was? He said when do you want it? I said tomorrow 11am. He said great. He came with it himself at 11.00.00 am. FANTASTIC STORE. I had read all the Elgiganten horror stories. Skousen is GREAT.

Ordered something online that was…
Ordered something online that was supposed to be on stock. Paid, got the order confirmation via email, and only then does it say that the order may take about a month before it gets delivered. I held on to it due to special circumstances of Covid and Suez blockage. A month went by, I called customer service to confirm if my order is on the way and she assured me that I will get it in 2 days! After 2 days, on the day I expect to pick up the parcel, I got another email saying that I will have to wait 2 more months for it! Ridiculous! The dishonesty is just unacceptable. It is supposed to be a sentimental gift for someone but they just ruined it. They could have just handled this more upfront rather than promising something they cannot deliver. Never again and I recommended that you take your business elsewhere

Good sale process and advice, not so good installation experience
The sale was awesome as usual, we call for help/advise and got a great product suggestion that we got installed later.
Regarding the installation, we had to wait some days and when it was done, it was as basic as it could be, with just a check on electricity and leaving the packaging all around, other than that, that is a service provided from a third party, 5 stars to Skousen

Installation service too expensive and incomplete
The service would be very good but...
I paid 649 kr for the installation but later I had to pay extra 150 kr for an electrical works that took 2 minutes !
And I was also told that a metal ring connecting the water pipe of the washing machine should be changed... it seems that 649+150=799 kr are not enough for a metal ring !

Delivery not happening
I bought a food processor and blender in April in order to start my baby on solids.
They said it would arrive 2 weeks later, but then sent a notice that it will arrive 5 weeks later.
I wrote to express my disappointment and ask for options, but never got a reply, so we had to call them instead.
They offered an alternative which wasn't what we wanted, so we decided to wait.
I've just received the 4th change of delivery, which now sets us back to 2 months after I paid.
I am now starting to wonder whether this product will ever arrive.

When one of our products is not in stock, we get an expected delivery date from the manufacturer. Unfortunately this date is not set in stone, which means that the product can possibly arrive earlier or later than expected.
If the delivery is postponed, we will notify any customer who has ordered the product as soon as we get the information.
We would like to help with an alternative, but we unfortunately cannot do anything to expedite the delivery date of this product.
