Don't buy from them their products are nothing like the videos through show the do called 4 way stretch trousers hardly stretch at all they are like jeans material have asked to return also colour not as shown have been offered £8 refund not good enough cost me £17 including postage DONT BUY

Skreened ripped me off.
I used to have a shop set up and running on Skreened a few years back. After they changed their logo to the current abomination, I can't log in and no matter how much I search, my store is gone for absolutely no reason. I'm afraid my designs are sold elsewhere without my knowledge and consent, so, please, please don't buy anything from these scammers. They've fallen at the level of Zazzle which is another service that ripped me off and refused to pay me even if I had a couple hundred of US dollars in my balance, but that's another story. Better support your local printing shop and avoid these scammers.

SKREENED SCREWS DESIGNERS, my husband and i signed up, set up shops, then after our designs were set up in the shops, they kept changing things, they eventually locked us out. we couldn't sign on any longer. couldn't even get on to remove our designs and delete the shops. the money we were to be paid, which we last saw when we were able to sign into our shops, we never received. i have seen some of my husbands designs on Amazon being sold by skreened. kind of looks like they have screwed us and a lot of other people. i hope they don't get away with what they have done to artist and designers. YEP Screwed! since you have to request your payment, instead of them just paying you. Then they lock you out of your account, no notice, just how are you suppose to see what is owed and request payment? what a deceitful company!

They are not only selling artwork without the artist's permission, but they are not actively taking down works as requested but are informing those artists that they will "continue to" send them payments for art when sold. Payments which then never arrive. Trial bought some of our own designs and did not receive the commissions for them even months later. 2019 will be the end of Skreened. Currently working on that.

I had a store on the screened website. It did fairly well during my first few months. As time passed I left the store to basically run itself. If things sold fine, if not I wasn’t worried. Recently I decided to try and promote the store and site only to find missing products from my store. When I inquired I was given a bs story about renovations. After giving them some time I then returned to find my entire store and merchandise gone. The account no longer exists and word is they’ve gone around purging artists that didn’t sell to their liking. No warning, no heads up. Simply deleting accounts and making no efforts to square away any due sales. Absolutely disgusted with Skreened. Can not believe how they’ve treated artists when it suited them.

I certainly hope they get their due for such foul practices. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!

At some point they changed their format, deleted my old account and are STILL SELLING MY WORK without compensating me.

Screwed over artists when they changed platform. They didn't send out a final payment when they changed. You can no longer log in yourself to request payment from previous sales or access your sales ledger for tax purposes.

I was hesitant to purchase a shirt, considering the reviews. However, I was surprised for the better. I only had to wait a week for my delivery, when I was anticipating longer. The website was easy to navigate and the shirt sizing was spot on. The company sent me a confirmation and receipt,
Immediately. I will say the quality of the print and shirt weren’t there for the price but I was in a bind and so it was suffice. Also, the link for looking at your 2nd receipt and tracking didn’t work.

They changed the PayPal email address on my account to receive payment on my sales. I was NOT notified by email of these changes. I also sold items and was NOT notified by email of any of these sales. After not having much success with Skreened, I let it sit on the back burner and wasn't focused on it. I logged in to my account recently when I had some new creative ideas and found my PayPal email address changed and sales I knew nothing about. I contacted them and their reply was "we do not send email verification when account information is changed because we ask that you maintain the confidentiality of your password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account" insinuating that I am the one who changed my own PayPal payment email address or that I gave my login to someone else who did. What a joke! I have thousands of online accounts and have never heard such an unprofessional cop-out statement such as this. They also said they were unable to "recoup the losses" and pay me the total of what was owed because of the time that had passed. So basically, they are hardly being run as a professional business. Skreened does whatever they want with accounts, doesn't notify account holder of any account changes made like any other website out there, does not notify artists of any sales on their account by email, blames the artists and account holders, does not hold themselves accountable to resolve such issues and is in a sense trying to insinuate that it was "my responsibility" to check my account on some kind of regular basis in case someone accessed it to change something during periods of inactivity. Obviously, the people "running" this business have no customer service experience let alone a business/professional background. They changed my payment address, received payment for my sales but they are not accountable. After going online to do some research to see if others had similar problems, it turns out they have very poor reviews everywhere. It's no wonder they turned off the "rating" feature on their Facebook page. It seems apparent that Skreened has been doing this on numerous accounts that have been inactive after a while and found another way to make money off other people's efforts. I wasn't owed all that much money to talk about but am willing to support or participate in any class action lawsuits with others that would like to see these scammers put out of business and/or to recoup losses. They are shady about what their actual commissions are. You may think you are getting paid a flat rate, but buried in their FAQ (not stated in their terms of use) is a disclaimer that they say allows them to pay less. It's bafflegabby. Also, the site is agonizingly slow.

I have waited for my order for an entire month and today it finally arrived! However, the order was incomplete. Dealing with Skreened has been a nightmare. They are a fraud.. avoid!

tee-shirt printing lifted off after first (gentle) wash. Contacted customer service, politely, to ask if their quality assurance may have let them down. No reply despite two emails. Also quite expensive compared with redbubble. I should have checked the reviews first! Don't use Skreened!

Skreened sells t-shirts on line right???

Found a t-shirt that I liked and asked for a sizing chart (took 3 emails and 2 days). Ordered the shirt according to the chart- but wait, they don't print this graphic on that brand of t-shirt. Another 3 emails and 2 days later got a second sizing chart. Was like pulling teeth to throw my money at these guys. Heaven forbid I should ask a difficult question like 'is this preshrunk'? I should have taken the hint, t-shirt never arrived and customer service will not respond to my inquiries.

I ordered one tee-shirt for my brother's birthday three weeks before we needed it. It has now been over 2 months and we haven't heard anything about our shirt. Never ordering from Skreened again!

I ordered a single tee shirt as a Christmas gift in November and it is now two days before Christmas and the order isnt here.
Skreened has blamed everything and everybody from the weather, to the border, to Fed Ex to Donald Trump!!! (Just kidding about the last one)
I live in Toronto Canada...not North Korea. It shouldnt take this long.

The reality is they either shipped it late and sent it by the cheapest route possible that there is no way it could get here.

And their customer service is basically telling me...it will get there when it gets there

Accidently double ordered. What am I going to do with 2 3XL shirts. Should have read the reviews.

I ordered a t shirt and paid the extra money for expedited shipping in order to ensure it would arrive by my boyfriends birthday party. When I tried to track my order, it said it failed to find my order so I contacted customer service- they said they lost my order in transit!! Why wouldn't they have contacted me instead of taking my money and failing to send the product? It speaks volumes about their integrity and ineptitude as a company. Now I get to be the only person at his party without a gift. Thanks for a horrible experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I ordered a shirt as a gift. I ordered an XL. The shirt I got, which is made in Honduras, would maybe fit a medium person. The shirt quality is poor and so thin you can see through it.
I tried to find out how to return it and am told they only issue credits. I'm not about to accept a credit from a merchant I will not go back to for future business. I am disputing the charge through PayPal and hope for a resolution but am not optimistic. They are overpriced, their customer service stinks, and they offer subpar merchandise so STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Follow Up: I got my money back but had to do it thru PayPal. It took 5 months from getting the shirt to getting a refund.

I ordered a onesie for my sons first birthday for 35$ including expressed shipping. I was told it would be here March 30th 2016. AFTER the 30th I'm contacting them cause I never got a tracking order number or anything wondering what was going on. I told them that I wanted a refund if it wasn't here by 04/01/2016 day before my sons B-Day. I was told that it was held in manufacturing and hadn't be shipped. That I wasn't allowed a refund because it was a custom order. OK fine. At least give me my money for the expressed shipping as it OBVIOUSLY was NOT express. I was told I could have in-store credit.


Do NOT get ANYTHING from this company.
Not only was it overly expensive but they don't do anything they say they will. The fact I had to contact them instead of them shooting me an email saying "Hey this happened we are sorry" I had to wait 24 hours for them to even talk to me.

35$ wasted and my son doesn't have a onesie for his birthday.
