Won't accept returns, stuck with a terrible product. Don't order from these people!

I ordered two shirts as a gift for my boyfriend, who has at least 15 other Skreened shirts in his closet. He loved all of the previous shirts, and they were CONSISTENTLY printed on the same type of American Apparel tee that fit him well.

The shirts I was sent are printed on different types of tees that do not fit as well (tighter around the neck, not as long) and aren't the same thickness (one in particular is incredibly thin and stretchy and would be better suited to a women's shirt).

Skreened customer service repeatedly refused to let me return the shirts for a refund, offering only to reprint them on the same unacceptable shirt types, or give me a store credit--why would I want more of the same product that was so disappointing??

Just awful. DO NOT order from them!

I bought a shirt for my brother and it gave an estimated delivery date of Dec. 17 with "rush international delivery". By Dec. 21 I had emailed them just to check in and they told me that delivery was normally 21 days and it would probably arrive by Jan. 9. Why was their estimated delivery date so far off from what they really could offer. And worst, they were clearly trying to pretend that they had young hip people doing their customer service - like Zuckerburgs and the like. After I placed my order, I got an email that said, "You're awesome!". When your customer service is horrible, this detail is very grating.
Finally, I never got the order and they told me it must have been lost and refunded my money for just the purchase. I had to tell my brother that he wasn't getting the Christmas gift I promised was just late.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SKREENED!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered 2 shirts as Christmas presents on Dec 7th. We got a shipping confirmation # for DHL but never received any package. When we called DHL they said that not only did they never receive any package from the merchant to ship, but the number they provided is longer that what DHL uses as a shipping #. I called Skreened several times, during what they say on their voicemail is normal business hours, never able to reach anyone. I left a voice-message for customer service but of course never received a return call. There is no way to reach a LIVE person ever at this company.
I had to put a dispute on the charge with my credit card company to get my money back, but now worry that my credit card information was compromised…ugh!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible service, incompetent deliveries.

Don't order from skreened.com, I ordered a shirt last year before Thanksgiving on purpose so it wouldn't conflict with Christmas purchases and of course it told me I'd get it by Christmas, except for I didn't get it until the week after Christmas. That is more than a month to get my delivery and when I tried to return it I had no help with it and never even got a response to the multiple emails I sent. This company sucks. Don't recommend it to anyone. Find somewhere else.

Not happy at all

I ordered a custom t-shirt a month ago ( on March 27th ) I paid extra fees to get it on a specific date . Even if I paid to get my t-shirt earlier , on the receipt it was written that I will receive my order on April 16th . Guess what ? I still have not received my t-shirt ( April 27th) . I emailed them last week and the employee who answered asked me to wait until April 28th and then , if I still haven't received my package , I will have to e-mail them back. I read comments here and I am sure my order will be cheap .DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL .

Shop anywhere else, please

If you are look for custom/fun shirts, you should look into Zazzle or CafePress instead of dealing with Skreened. I paid over $20 for a shirt that was extremely low quality - curling at the edges because it was so thin. It looked like it could have torn with the slightest tug. I asked for a refund and was informed that they would not give me a refund, only an exchange or Skreened credit, so I had to use the money on Skreened products. In addition, I had to pay for the return shipping and I would not be reimbursed for that. Nowhere in the check-out process is this information about their "no refund" policy seen. I explained that I did not want a low-quality product so I did not want to get another shirt from the company and demanded an actual refund. They refused, saying it was my mistake for choosing what they admitted was a low-quality shirt and said that I could pay more for a better shirt. At any other site, $20 will get you a shirt of some quality, and apparently expecting quality product is seen as a mistake to them. It's a mistake that caused me to lose money, and it will cost you the same.

sorry, not sorry!

Ordered shirts and payed EXTRA money to have them shipped and received by a specific date. 3 days later and still haven't received my package! Called customer service and she said "we'll that's a estimated date"? Wouldn't have paid the extra money to have shipped by a date specified if it was going to be late. Will not order from this site again!

Terrible quality

So I found a couple of shirts that I liked and thought OK $70 for two shirts is steep but the design is good. Shipping time was acceptable. Brand new out of the bag they looked like they'd been washed 100 times. Design cracked and faded, terrible job. I have a few shirts from a guy that did them with a screen press in his garage 9 years ago that look better! Save your money, go elsewhere, these guys suck.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I placed two orders with Skreened before Christmas, well before the "Last Day to Order and Still Receive by Christmas date". I didn't receive receive the packages until JANUARY and didn't receive a conformation email that my order had shipped until after I had already received my order. Imagine my surprise when I open my packages and the printing is awful. Not only are the letters blurry, but there is chunks of color missing. I immediately emailed saying that I would like to return my items and just be done with the entire fiasco. I received an email 2 1/2 weeks later saying that it would be fine for me to return my orders as long as it was within 30 days. I'm sorry, but how am I supposed to return my order within 30 days if you won't even reply to my inquiry on where to send it until after 30 days are up. After many heated emails, Skreened is allowing me to return the shirts. Guess who is paying for the return shipping and not getting reimbursed. I am just ready to be done with this company forever.

Moral of the story: do not order from Skreened.

First time user- Very satisfied

Unsure if it was legit, I was a little cautious about putting my credit card info into the website, but the shirt I bought turned out perfectly. I bought a shirt for my obsessed Harry Potter friend that said, "Keep Calm and Marry Ron"... They are a VERY creative company, and delivery was speedy. It turned out to be a perfect Christmas gift for a friend!
