Recived wrong product. tried to send it back. got the response that it would fit even if it was the wrong product.
They would not send the correct one. I needed to make a new order and did need to ask for compensation for delivery cost (wich I recived in a code to use to skip delivery cost next time...)
I made a new order with the same (Correct) product and STILL recived wron product again.
Tried calling the customer support but an AI answered and could not help me at all.

I had a very good experience with Skruvat. Ordering was easy, and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, I had to return one product because it didn’t fit my car, but the return process was smooth and simple.
Customer service was helpful and responded quickly to my questions. The refund was processed without any problems, and everything was handled professionally.

I am a returning customer, but my recent experiences with Skruvat have been extremely disappointing. There seems to be a systematic issue with how they represent stock and delivery times.
1. Misleading Logistics:
I ordered Bosch Glow Plugs for my Volvo D5, which were clearly listed as "2-5 days delivery." It has now been over a week, and the tracking information remains stuck at "Shipping Label Created." Customer service claimed the delay was due to "winter conditions" in Poland, but the reality is that the package has not even been handed over to the carrier. In a climate where temperatures drop to -14°C, a reliable car is a necessity, not a luxury. Misrepresenting delivery times is unacceptable.
2. Product Substitution (Bait-and-switch):
This isn't the first issue. In a previous order, I specifically paid for Bosch Injector Copper Washers because they feature internal "retaining lugs" essential for a secure fit. Skruvat sent generic, flat washers instead. Despite multiple emails and clear documentation of the difference, they refused to rectify the error. While the price difference was small, the technical impact on a DIY mechanic is significant.

Please note that once a shipping label has been created, it means your parcel has left our international warehouse. Unfortunately, the tracking information will not appear with Bring until the package has arrived in Norway and been scanned by them. During the winter season, we have experienced some transport delays along the way.
If you have received a product that does not match the specifications, we will of course arrange a free return, provided the item has not been test‑mounted.

unprofessional and arrogant company. the website shows many parts that are not compatible with the registration number applied for. this is advertising of defective products that the end user cannot use. recommend everyone to buy spare parts from other companies.
