I bought skullcandy rail ANCs. The sound is pretty good but the touch controls are horrendous for working out. The smallest amount of sweat completely messes with them, pausing, skipping songs, etc at random. Turning off the touch controls helps slightly but it's still very annoying as the sound that plays when touch the sensor goes off regardless of controls being turned off.
The right bud constantly started turning on and off after about a month too, yet another source of aggravation as each time it reconnects I get an "ANC on" reminder every 20 seconds of intermittent connection.
If you never sweat while doing activity with them in and don't mind more notification sounds than actual music, I'd say go for it. Otherwise your money is best spent elsewhere.

First of all I purchased the new ANC 2 and there was an issue with the quality and I got a replacement and not even that could survive the quality I have been a longtime skullcandy diehard fan and this is just very disappoint and not to mention the customer service and response time and they want me to use a gift card instead of giving me my money which I worked hard for so please note these things before dealing with skullcandy

With all the tech capabilities nowadays you would think that just “connected” isn’t enough. Connected to what for goodness sake ?!
I don’t think they even understand my point! I connect to both my ipad and iphone and the headphones don’t tell you which it’s connected to.. pretty poor.

I bought there skull candy smokin buds for my flight and there was a slight distortion in the left bud I thought it could be due to the flight but turns out the distortion was still there.

Great customer service. The products are fairly priced for what they are, but do occasionally go wrong- the support team were friendly and accommodating.

ordered some Special edition earbuds from what i thought was a reputable company. Well the first delivery arrived and the earbuds were broken out of the box! After some discussions was agreed to end back for a replacment, now a few months later the replacement paid has stopped working. Now these ear buds are no long available and Skullcandy's reply it basically, tough luck! Here is a voucher for a new pair. But i don't want a new pair, i want my pair that i bought. Customer service refuse to give a refund, I mean why would i want a third pair that is almost certain to break as well. REfusal to repair units, refusal to refund, and sometimes don't bother replying to emails or let you know what will happen. Terrible products and some how worse customer service. Will keep trying with them, and argue my point before referring to an outside source to claim my money back as now i am without my money and without product.

I bought Dime 3’s because my old Skull Candy earbuds broke, and I wanted to replace them. The right earbud of the new pair broke on the third use. I returned them and claimed on the warranty.
I then purchased Push Play Actives (order no. 40404715), but you cancelled the order without any explanation.
I have been trying to resolve this issue for over three weeks. You are refusing to issue a refund and blaming an internal systems error on the online chat.
You are unable to reproduce the voucher so I can repurchase the earbuds. You are also not responding to messages and emails. This is extremely frustrating.
I request a refund so I can buy alternative earbuds.
While I have been a loyal Skull Candy customer for the past decade and love your products, your customer service has been appalling.
Please resolve this issue immediately and inform me how it can be sorted.

They sent me faulty headphones twice, then refused to give me a refund, despite it being the law to do so. I was forced to get a replacement that I’m won’t be surprised if they also break. The customer service is shocking and they will do anything to keep ur money. Please do not use them for anything!
Edit: I reached out to them as asked all all they could do is offer me a discount on more products, nobody in their right mind would want more products from them. Their claim of doing anything is complete bull, they just don't care at all about their customers

Sent headphones that did not work, then charged me to return them and deducted their postage costs from my refund. Terrible company, avoid at all costs. I shall be taking them to court

If I could use zero stars I would. I ordered two terrain speakers but they had no low volume setting so were unsuitable and I wanted to return. Evri have been unable to deliver twice and bounced the parcel back. Skullcandy emailed me to basically say that I am lying (even though I have proof from Evri). That’s the extent of their customer service! I’m left with two useless speakers and I’m out of pocket!

Ordered some earbuds 6 days ago and received an email saying my order was cancelled. No description of why it was cancelled and that they would issue a refund. It has been 6 days and I still haven't received my refund nor an apology for the cancellation. Essentially, my transaction was basically giving my money to a company and they may as well have emailed: ''We can't provide our service and we're also going to keep your money from you for 7-10days''. Terrible service and a big Booooo from me.

I've had headphones from them before and each time I do I am absolutely astounded by the incredible team behind it,completely trust them with every order, sending back is a peice of cake and even the warranty claims just so easy. Not only that but the headphones themselves are amazing. Could not recommend a better company

The Skullcandy earphones I bought for £25 simply stopped working for no reason within days. I bought another pair (a better brand) then went onto the Skullcandy website, followed the instructions, and paid £4 to post the faulty earphones back with a letter requesting a refund. All I got in return was a discount code inviting me to buy another pair at a higher price (minimum £29) and pay postage of around £7 on top which I obviously wasn't daft enough to do. I sent repeated messages insisting on my right to a refund and was given a succession of excuses for not getting one. Not a massive loss for me (compared to other unfortunate customers) but a huge waste of time and they're clearly in breach of UK consumer law and are either too braindead to realise or (more likely) don't care. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I’ve had 2 pairs of earphones one buds and one headphones both great absolutely amazing great sound quality on my first pair mod and lasted two years until one wouldn’t play sound AT ALL and lost the mesh on one so hurt my eardrums but on my second pair (HESH EVO) and have no complaints I love them. (My old pair still charge but wanted to use them for a couple more years so I had one for going out and one for indoors.) but other than that absolute flawless headphones.

I bought some Skullcandy earbuds a year ago. They physically broke. Returned, replacement sent, no problem... until THEY broke (same issue). Emailed back and forth multiple times, stock replies with no actual answers. Warranty still in effect so returned pair no 2. That style no longer made, so got a voucher - fine, bought some Rails. Which fall out at every opportunity. Not great quality earbuds, poor customer service, won't be buying this brand again.
Update: got a reply as below and duly reached out to Skullcandy. The email link on their website sent me an autoreply saying the Contact Us address is not monitored, try the website again... which therefore has no way to get in touch. I stand by the above review on poor performance and service.
