I’ve bought 3 Skullcandy products over the last 6 years. 2 Skullcrushers and more recently in-earbuds for my daughter. They’re good quality products compared to similar priced products on the market.
Their customer service have always been good to me. One of my Crushers broke out of warranty and they offered a large discount for a replacement. Recently, one of their discount codes didn’t work and they sorted my query within 24 hours offering a higher discount code.
Happy with their products and customer service…

Hopeless in all respects. Placed an order 14 days ago that has still not arrived. I have contacted Skullcandy 4 times in an attempt to get them to do something to resolve the matter - either chasing their appointed couriers, or sending a replacement, but they are reluctant to do anything, clearly failing to recognise their legal responsibility to ensure delivery of goods, not just dispatch. I have asked for a refund for non-delivery and this has been refused leaving me out of pocket and with no item to show for it. I will be taking this matter up with trading standards and the small claims court in due course. Agreed with the many negative reviews of Skullcandy. Terrible performance, terrible customer service. The only things they appear to be good at is failure, breaking UK consumer protection law and abdicating their responsibilities as a distance seller. Avoid at all costs

Zero stars. Completely ignore UK consumer rights. I returned a pair of ear buds on warranty, got a voucher for replacement for £70, great. Replacement was crap, poor sound quality, I asked to return and was told to submit a warranty claim, now being given £50, instead of £70 and they refuse to refund or give the original voucher value. No telephone number for UK, so I'm going to file a small claims court claim if not resolved in the next day.
If you buy their products use a credit card so you're covered!

I bought some push actives and the Bluetooth quality kept dropping. I had to pay to send these in on warranty and I upgraded to the next version. These had issues charging so I then had to pay to send them in. I then used that voucher code to upgrade again to the new model which has the same quality issues as the first.
When I asked skull candy for my money back explaining I've had 3 different versions all of which faulty and clear as day explaining I did not want a replacement or a voucher code, they simply ignored my whole email and said I would need to go through warranty to get a new pair.
Total waste of my time. I've since challenged this and they say they can only offer a replacement or a credit note. This is a total infringement of UK rights.
You should pay no attention to the replies on here from skull candy as they are empty. Everyone are having the same issues. If Skull Candy really cared then none of us would be writing these scathing reviews about them.
Really poor products and poor ethics. Will never buy from these again and I will be actively sharing my bad experience with others so that no one makes the same mistake.
It wouldn't surprise me if this company goes under soon. It's a shame as they used to be a reputable company. Disgusted!

Just to add, they are now ignoring all contact with me so asking me to contact them is their way of feigning an interest. They're literally ghosting me and have no intention of sorting out the issue.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had an older earbud case that the zip fastener had broken on. I asked if I could purchase a new one, but was told the components are not sold separately. However, within 24hrs I was offered a 40% discount code on any product from the website. I have now ordered a brand-new set at a serious discount.

I recently placed an order for the Sesh earbuds as I needed some new ones. However, I found out my order had been cancelled. There was no given reason for this cancellation and I received no notice the order had been cancelled. I found out the order was cancelled through tracking my order and it told me there. I have no idea if I will receive my money back either :( Definitely won't be buying from this company and will look elsewhere for new earbuds!

I've had the tmnt push active now for under a year and the right one is now dying you expect customers to pay high end money well I want a high end product normally I'm a die hard skullcandy fan but your recent releases have been poorly constructed if this carrys on I'm going back to marshal at least there products don't die after a year

Have purchased several times form here and always had good quality products, which have arrived before the date predicted for delivery.
Recently we had an issue with an earbud, which we returned and within a few days received a voucher to order a new set.
From returning the faulty product to receiving a new replacement was only 9 days.
Brilliant products and exceptional customer service.

After long thinking, I bought the new Ecobuds for only £30. I didn't expect an amazing quality, but the sound is surprisingly good. I read some complaints about the battery-free charging station, which serves no problems for me at all. Some believe the earphones only charge once you plug them in your phone, but they also charge at a docking station, laptop or portable charger; as long as there is a USB-C plug, there are no problems. The only trouble that I have with my new Ecobuds are that the bluetooth doesn't reach far. It will lag if my phone is upstairs and I am downstairs, which is a bit of a downside but not the worst one. The earplugs give me music for hours and they don't hurt in my ears. I recommend them, they are amazing for this price.

I just ordered a brand new pair of ANC 2s I really wish I would've had the hard case come with it, or at least advertised it didn't come with it especially when it costs the same for the black and greys. I paid a whopping 280 for these bad boys and im not dissatisfied at all. These blow mind my mind, literally they shake your head, try listening to some Ken Carson it's worth every penny. Although I did my research and people were right about the anc, it's pretty booty and skullcandy could've done better knowing ANC is it's middle name. On the other hand I would've paid 230 for the bass and sound quality alone it's just unbeatable. These are now my new favorite headphones not only because of how they sound but also because of how they LOOK AND FEEL. Very sleek design and the cloth for the top of your head is super practical and comfy. The app is the cherry on top to it all because you can basically control and costumize everything from your phone and this pair of headphones requires UPDATES, ain't that something. Im thrilled with this purchase I just want the damn Hardcase.

I got the Sesh ANC earnuds about a year ago, and have generally enjoyed using them. However, the left earbud started to make a random high pitched whine whenever inserted or adjusted. I got in touch and they said had to send the earbuds back (which was frustrating because I use them a lot and had to go without them for 2 weeks). They needed chasing a couple of times, but eventually they said that my earbuds were no longer in stock and gave me a voucher for the store. I went onto the store and the same earbuds were right there, so I purchased them and got a new set I guess. So far they're working OK, but we'll see as time goes on. Also - their returns aren't free, I had to pay for postage to them, which sucks because this wasn't a case of me breaking the earbuds, it was clearly a tech fault.
