I bought my Crusher Anc model after seeing hood reviews. Do far I have been waiting since the 8th of July for delivery. I have contacted customer services, is a nightmare to get anyone to reply. Finally got a response and the stated delivery can take some time so be patient. I said it's been from the 8th of July, they stated oh really we will get right on it with yhe warehouse. I asked for a refund instead of delivery. They said they would start the process. Now I have a UPS delivery on way.
Update... UPS have lost the parcel.

Their customer experience is a tale of two halves ! We bought a paid over over the ear ANC headphones from a third party seller and the customer at pads fell off within 2 months, not great for z £70 pair of headphones ! The third party seller would not help as it had been over 30 days and referred me to skull candy direct. I submitted a from on there website and waited 15 days as instructed and heard nothing ! I attempted to contact them again and still heard nothing, a thirds attempt using the chat function finally got me through to someone who could help.
This whole process took an unnecessarily long 3.5 weeks! So firstly my advice, submit your warranty claim on the website and the next day go straight to chat !
However once I got through it all went through very quickly! They acknowledged my claim asked me to send the headphones back by recorded delivery in some other way(albeit at my cost !) and they processed the claim within 24 hours, and sent a credit note to order a new pair directly through them. The credit note included free postage and was for a higher value than what we had originally paid, allowing us to buy a newer version of the headset and effectively upgrade.
So slow start, but impressive finish! I’ve only awarded less stars, due to the quality of the first pair of headphones and the slow start. Will see how the new headphones fair !
Edit - I’ve upped my score to 4 starts, as having ordered the new headset it arrived in 24 hours and they followed up. I think once you are through to them their customer service is very effective and I can’t fault them then!

Absolute terrible service, and even worse customer service with no care about the customers needs or request. Placed order for my headphones July 16, they said delivery usually takes 5-7 days but after i placed order, there was no tracking information or estimated delivery date communicated to me. Two weeks went by and there was still no communication from the company, total radio silence, no tracking id, no delivery promise, nothing. I sent numerous emails requesting information but got bot resonses only saying it may take a while to hear from them as they receive loads of emails (i guess i understand why now) on August 4th, i disputed the transaction in my bank app and in less than 72 hours i got a manipulative email from skullcandy saying they are sorry to hear my order has been cancelled, they said from their end they can see my order was cancelled due to payment processing error and my money has been released back to me within 5-7 days (this was a lie), the order was still up and active on their platform showing pending and today is August 12th, i haven’t received any refund. Instead i got an email from Ups today that my package from skullcandy will be delivered tomorrow by 1pm. This is very manipulative and disappointing from a brand of their standing.
I am no longer interested in their item, i have gone ahead to purchase a different brand and i got my headphones the very next day. skullcandy i do not want your package delivered to me, and i do not trust your return policy that claims returns take 30 days. If delivery that was supposed to take 5days took you 30 days, i can only imagine how long returns will take. Please avoid this brand for your own mental health.

I'm a long-term customer with skullcandy I first bought my 1st skullcrushers in 2017 and again in 2018 I upgraded to the skullcrushers 360s then in 2019 I upgraded again to the skullcrushers anc1 first version which my wife uses and accident happened to my 360s recently which happened to break the headband which I tried gorilla duct tape and gorilla glue which patched them up but the tension was no longer there as much so they didn't sound the same because they wasn't flush to my ears with a gap at the bottom so anyways i reached out to skullcandy to see if they can sell me a spare part the headband for the 360s I couldn't find any online anywhere so skullcandy was absolutely fantastic with me they offered me a one off discount to purchase a new pair of anything I wanted so after much research I opted for the skullcrushers 540 active which is an upgrade to the evos they hit just as hard in the bass as each other but the trebles and mids are definitely higher than the evos and when the bass kicks in the vocals and highs and mids stay high and are not like the evos which tone down the vocals and highs and mids as I've tried a pair of the evos so i know the difference firsthand and the headband looks the same on the 540 as the evos but the 540 won't cause you any discomfort after a few hours whereas for me the evos did slightly even though the evos have a slightly looser headband than the 540s but for me the skullcrushers 540 active worked better for me with my head shape I have a shaved head with a medium to short length beard to the level of the top of my ears and the 540s suited me better for my head shape medium to small adult head and I've heard other people be ok with evos so I'd try other peoples first ask your mates/family to try them out to see if there a good fit for you and for what I've seen there a real fit for almost everybody so I would recommend the skullcrushers 540s active and id recommend the skullcrushers Evo as well as some people prefer deep base with slightly muted vocals and highs and mids when the bass kicks in for the evos and the 540s have slightly higher vocals and highs and mids when the bass kicks in so it's up to you that's my honest and very recent opinion of both headphones in the last month and God bless you all amen 👍🙏💞

Placed my order on 10th July, charged two weeks later, and as of 24th July, still no shipment. Contacted support multiple times — completely useless copy-paste replies. Even went to Klarna and my bank. This delay has genuinely stressed me out to the point I said things I haven’t in years. Never expected this from a brand like Skullcandy.
I had headphones that were around about the end of their warranty so was worried I wouldn’t be able to return them once they started having technical issues however i was in contact with Jensen from skull candy and i was given a full refund extremely quickly with no issues at all.

They have always been helpful with responses and helped me resolve issue I had.
I now have Crusher ANC2 which are great for base, 360anc for work calls.
And just because I have now added the Aviator 900.
I have went through many brands, and for the price point they are better than all the large brand names I’ve owned previously.

I have received my Crusher ANC 2 from Skullcandy and They are the best headphones for bass, and sound quality I have ever experienced.
If you want the feeling of a subwoofer box hooked up to the back of a car on a set of headphones that go on your ears, then without a doubt... these are what your after.
They sound brilliant and crisp with a personalised sound experience, and are also perfect for those who aren't a fan of huge bass since you can dial the crusher to your own preference, or turn it off entirely, which makes them still perfect for you.
They are fairly comfortable although they do weigh a little more than
standard headphones, but they have a fairly decent yet comfortable clamping strength when they're on your head.
They have stiff yet comfortable earcups and 40mm drivers. And best of all two additional Haptic Motors for the massive sensory-bass which gives them thier deserved title.
Really the only complaint I have after two weeks of testing is the Multipoint pairing, Unlike a previous headphone brand I've used and thier "Multipoint pairing" if I got a notification on for example my phone, they won't pause and disrupt what I am listening too on my other device, and keep playing. But with my Crushers. If I get a notification and theres something playing on my other device, it will abruptly pause and the notification sound from my phone will play through the headset and stop everything.
I can see what Skullcandy were trying to do, and allow you to not miss notifications, but I wish there was an option to toggle that.
But apart from the tiny problem being that, they're perfect.

Quick response and communication
Bought some Dime Evo and they were great at 1st. ANC worked great but then they stopped charging. 5 weeks old!
CC was great though.
I upgraded to Sesh ANC active and the sound and fit is much better BUT the ANC in pretty much none existent. Also when making a call it has a lot of background hissing even in a room with no noise.
Quite frustrating really as I have ANC over ear headphones from them and can't be happier with them

All those over hyped over priced "you must buy these" as per influencers online etc and yet these are WAAAAAYYY better and superior!! A not so well known Skullcandy, that I swear by their products, have x2 Crusher Evo over ear headphones witth Sensory Base and these are just destroyers of world!!! Especially whilst watching your homme cinema 100" screen, with these on watching TGMav omfg!!!!! Then there is the Skullcandy Kilo which is like having a handheld portable version of the Crusher Evos even hung up inside my back pack closed, it is that loud my mates couldnt believe that was coming from this speaker!!!! That good. Once you go Skullcandy, you wont ever go back and alll those spending hundreds sometimes thousands on audio stuff JUST BECAUSE the influencers say so and you suffer with "FOMO", just check in with yourself and say "Nah I am going to do the opposite of what the sheep are doing", you will thank me later. You are welcome. Highly recomended especiallly the products I have just mentioned, but do not take my word for it go check em out in store somewhere just make sure you have SENSORY BASE up full whack!!!!! Enjoy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honest review - Never buy from there again. I ordered the skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 headphones, and when I got them, yes the bass was good but the noise cancelling was terrible, it barely blocked out any sound. Furthermore there was a crackling sound in the left earcup, so I sent them back ( I had to pay returns delivery) and got a 100% discount code to order a new pair, and when they came they had the same issue- crackling in the left earcup. Please avoid this and stick to the normal Crushers or right off avoid Skull Candy, there are much better headphones on the market

5 stars to Benedict in customer services for helping me organise the return of my headphones and issue of £120 credit. Overall, one star dropped as the availability of equivalent noise cancelling headphones (at similar budget) were out of stock on the UK website, so I opted for a more expensive pair at £200, i.e. made up the difference of £80.

My husband pre-ordered headphones in April, still not recieved, same experience as many others who have reviewed here on Trustpilot. Emailed to chase delivery, ZERO COMMUNICATION from Skull Candy. He purchased elsewhere and contacted his bank to raise a dispute then recieves a despatch email with a deadline for returns dated 3 days ago!
