Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered the method 360 buts back in April. They took payment but didn't dispatch them. I contacted customer service who told me to wait longer. I did. So I contacted them again when I still didn't receive them, only to be told they'd cancelled my order and I'd have to order them again but I'm still yet to receive my refund and the earbuds are now out of stock everywhere anyway. It takes them days to get back to you and when I reached out on social media they hid my comments apart form one coment they left saying they would inbox me but they never did. I never leave reviews so they must be pretty terrible if you're reading this

Skullcandy should have their ability to sell in the UK removed. They are absolutely awful.
I ordered the new Method 360s 9 days ago. They have taken payment, and the order hasn't updated one bit.
I have emailed 4 times, and they tell you bare faced lies. They say they can't cancel and refund, they can. I literally work on the platform that they use, so I have sent them instructions on how you cancel orders.
Then they say that orders haven't been sent and so therefore no money is taken. Another lie.I have spoken with my bank and they confirm the money has gone to an account in Zurich, I have the TRef number for it, I can even get the IBAN that received the funds, but the Skullcandy reps go on about how no money is taken etc etc - all lies.
Then the store is a UK based store, but they haven't even set it up for UK customers, the help sections are all guiding to US help, the formatting is in USA formats, you can't speak to a human to get help.
I have started a chargeback, compounding interest on money of mine they have, and I have emailed OFT as the practice of taking a customers funds, lying about it, and not processing an order isn't considered fair trading.
EDIT. Skullcandy replied here asking me to use the same channels I have used already to contact them which further shows how they handle such things, the same channels being those that are no use to us in the UK. Chat is currently closed as they are US based help.
I have spoken with Citizens Advice and they have raised this with trading standards. Whilst on the phone, the CA advisor was reading reviews on here and she noted how folk had stated that the orders were being dispatched AFTER the return date for customers had elapsed.
I showed them the chats with me where they lied about payments being taken, and they say that if a payment had indeed NOT been taken, they cannot refuse to cancel an order.
I have already started a chargeback with my card issuer and have allowed Citizens Advice to liase with TS.
I never want to deal with Skullcandy again. Ever.
UPDATE 15th July 2025.
Delivery was refused as per Skullcandy advise to start the returns process. That was 13th May 2025, it was accepted by Luke at the mailroom in the returns address,
They still haven't started a refund process. My credit card company approved the chargeback and trading standards have opened a case/investigation.
I still get emails from Skullcandy asking me to review the headphones that I never received, because they haven't started a returns process - some 2 months later.

Order placed on 23rd April. Payment taken immediately but no communication and product showing as not even shipped 12 days later. Cannot speak to an advisor as chat only and that never appears to be online. Raised a 'case file' and nothing.... A very frustrating experience!
Update 07 May - multiple responses from Skullcandy (and empty promises that the item will be shipped). Communication is shocking appears that the only reason I have any response at all is because I reviewed in Trustpilot - you cannot directly contact Skullcandy to actually speak to a human being. Nope!

I bought the Crusher ANC2 headphones after reading loads of reviews and I haven't been let down. They are absolutely amazing. The sound quality is magnificent and you get a top quality app(Skull IQ) to go with it. I have never owned a pair of headphones like this before and I will definitely be going back to Skullcandy to buy a different pair for the gym.

Loving the Crusher ANC 2 headphones. The tile integration and Spotify features are an awesome bonus! I am really stoked on the upgrades from the original crusher wireless. Having the ability hotkey each button is amazing.

I bought their Push Activate buds a year ago and a few months in, one of the earbuds stopped working.
I was able to return them and get my replacement but the same happened again.
They stopped working after I started going on walks, runs and to the gym with them, I think excessive movement might have been the cause for it not to work but for €60, they shouldn't break so easily.

Website is so glitched and honestly just atrocious🤣🤣 website said “use the code BASS4BOO now to save 40% off” and the code was working fine and discounted the headphones I was trying to order… but as soon as I went to put the code in again and pay for them it was saying it was now an invalid code??? Absolute scam and just try to get as much money out of people as they can for their overpriced headphones. I warned them I will be leaving a poor review as I have been trying to order me a new pair through their website all night and I have just been messed about , in the end I ended up finding the exact same pair for £90 on amazon instead of the £170 they was trying to charge🤣 absolute bafoons.

Bought my autistic daughter smokin' buds because she likes to listen to waterfall music while sleeping and the reason I chose them was because it says 20 hour battery life. Fully charged them when I bought them from Argos and she wore them for 4 hours and the battery went down to 40%. Charged them again the next night and exactly the same. I'm taking them back for a refund. I'm just glad I didn't order from Skullcandy after reading all the bad customer services and complaints. I should of read these before purchasing the £1 shop rubbish things.

Ordered some Sesh ANC Active earbuds on the 16th Jan and they've yet to arrive, it's now 30th Jan. Tried emailing Skullcandy on the 27th Jan, but still no response.

My headphones still work well but the ear cushions are badly worn. The 1 year warranty period has expired so I cannot request replacement of the headphones. I was disappointed that SkullCandy cannot provide replacement ear cushions. However they were able to offer a generous discount if I choose to buy replacement headphones.
