Friendly, helpful service
Graham was very friendly, helpful and informative looking at my current contract and giving advice on how to get better deals.
Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because Sky does not allow for these in person advisors to make effective changes to existing contracts and I still have to call the service line to make relevant changes.
