Great customer service.

Gary made my experience extremely easy and answered all questions I had during the process of setting up my to package. Would highly recommend.

If I could score 0 stars I would

If I could score 0 stars I would. Visited on Saturday afternoon with an elderly relative, who struggles to hear. The gentleman serving spoke fast and soft, showing her no consideration. Was clear that he wanted her out of the way to go about his day. Left her feeling confused and sure what was going on. Didn’t answer any questions or even look at her when she was asking them. Blatantly rude, so we left feeling disappointed and angry

Gary from Glenrothes sky stand was…

Gary from Glenrothes sky stand was extremely helpful, kind and supportive when talking to me about a potential contract. Gary was patient and understanding of my dyslexia and what I wanted from a phone. He explained pricing, contracts and everything in between with kindness and respect. Great asset to the sky team!
