Great experience signing up

I had a great experience signing up with Sky Broadband today. The adviser at our local shopping centre was really friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in a rush to get my daughter to her swimming lesson, and he made the whole process quick and straightforward without making me feel pressured. Excellent customer service – thank you!

Earl has been amazing today he has sorted out my phone upgrade got me a better deal on broadband and has discussed a far better tv package which I will discuss with my wife first , he is very nice with brilliant customer service skills, very friendly and knowledgeable. Sky TV and Mobile are super, but not Sky Fiber another story !!!

Sky TV, Mobile services are fine and I am more than pleased with them. They always find a solution to an issue..
But their Fiber department is another story, they sent CityFiber to install Fiber and CityFiber refused. Waisting my morning, when my building is equipped with OpenReach (aka BT) who could have installed sooner, without sending a technician. Sky Fiber have to stop using CityFiber, otherwise they are going to loose customers !!!
