Not given all correct information
Ordered a new phone with jadir last Saturday, I was told it would be delivered the next day, brilliant, we Will stay in then to take the delivery. It wasnt delivered the next day, had to wait till Monday afternoon before it was delivered. Also signed up for super fast fibre Internet, we were told there would be no inconvenience and told that nobody would need to enter the property as it would all be done outside. However, when the engineer came to install the exterior box, told us the engineer doing the connection would need to enter the property to install some interior equipment requiring us to move all the furniture around to allow him access.

This isn’t the smooth, straightforward service we aim to provide, especially when you’ve been given clear expectations that weren’t met.
Your phone should have arrived on the day you were advised, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to stay in unnecessarily and then wait until Monday for the delivery. We’ll make sure this is fed back so we can prevent similar delays for other customers.
Regarding your fibre installation, you should always be given accurate information about what the setup involves. Being told that no one would need to enter your home, only to later find out that interior access and furniture movement were required, is understandably disappointing. We apologise for the disruption this caused.
We’d really like the chance to review what happened and ensure everything is now working as it should. If you can get in touch with our support team, we’ll be happy to look into this further and make sure you’re properly supported going forward.
