Ridiculous company who only care about new customers AVOID completely.
Unhelpful staff. Couldn't change my free bet once placed there was delays and issues at the track . Sat in chat for a half hour before race and they would not refund the bet .

Humiliation
Without going into a long essay i have just had a dealing with their Gamble Aware team. I have never felt so Humiliated and poorly treated, They have cut my limit because i said i like doing the horses because it keeps my brain active and keeps dementia away she said have you been diagnosed i said no but my Dr thought it was a great way to keep brain active. I have NEVER gone near or over the limit i have never placed wild bets i do at least one horse a meeting every day £1 EW on average. i said you can check that you will see no difference in my account since i started. then i got a grilling on my income my outgoing and she said she did not want me to lose all my savings it would take me years to do that if i lost every bet even i am not that unlucky. I am now thinking of cancelling everything with Sky they would lose about £3000 in revenue from me alone. Don't get me wrong i understand what they are trying to do , but i have had no issues and felt like i was 5 being told i was a naughty boy. im 69 Rant over !!

Good site overall but avoid the game…
Good site overall but avoid the game red baron.......it's meant to be randomly anywhere between X1 bet and x20,000 each round. I just played 12 rounds and they were all X1 like 1.26 then 1.32 and so on for 12 rounds! If that is random then I am a super model! You just got the casino going I think we will win every single round. AVOID GAME AT ALL COSTS
