Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. Won a small amount on free bet, they then didn’t pay out properly on it. Went onto customer support for Roshun, took 1 hour a half, they didn’t understand anything, didn’t resolve and repeatedly ignored my messages. There a better gambling companies out there that deal with issues better - it’s not worth the hassle with these as when something goes wrong they can’t deal with it. This would be 5 minutes at Bet365 but 1 hour and a half here.

Downloaded the app for sky bingo had great fun till I tried joining other rooms, to find I can't access them, reach out numorous times to get told clear this restart delete app ect, none of that worked then to get told there's a technical error on my account techinal team working on it, here I am a month and half later with the same issue and still not been sorted. Reached out again now and get told same as I did month and half ago. Quick to take my money not so quick to fix my problem!

Can't withdraw my money, keeps returning to my Skybet balance. Conviniently, the same card works fine for deposits. I can put deposits in, but not take them out. The same card works for withdrawals on Paddypower either. Their customer service is literally just badly coded AI bots that can't figure out anything, and navigating their site is a convoluted maze. I can infer nothing else other than this is intentional to make it hard as possible to withdraw money.
Use Paddypower or any alternative instead, these guys are crooks.

Worth less than 1 star
Annoying that I can't give less than one star, I've never been a gambling man but during the England vs Norway match I did used skybet for the 1st time ever. I signed up and received the confirmation email saying was good to go. I then received the free £31. I made a few bets I lost two and won two. When I went to retrieve the funds I got an email saying my account was suspended. Since then the website is constantly facing "issues which can't be resolved right now". This is just a con, I would strongly advise anyone reading this to never use skybet. This experience has taught me that gambling site like this are absolute trash.
