Friendly fast response and resolved the issue promptly no complaints at all mohit was fantastic

It seems a bit unfair to leave a poor review because you didn't win money, it is a gambling site after all people. In terms of the service though, I've contacted Sky's customer service a few times and they are always super friendly and helpful. You can't ask for much more. Especially in comparison to other sites like Paddy Power, their customer service is disgustingly appalling. Sky's customer service reps are always polite, professional, and kind. It's much appreciated.

It's not so much a big deal but I went to withdraw £5 from my account on Sky Bingo leaving some money in ti carry on playing.
I got a message saying it wasn't possible, the withdraw limit it £10. well it's not the end of the World but after all it is my money money, and I'm being told I can't have some of it.

£150 on luck of the irish strike - not 1 bonus round of any kind. lowest wins when your lucky enough to get 1. back on months break for me. absolutely dreadful - games need looking at. this is not fair play. i know its gambling but this isnt - not even a game for your money. maynot even go back once cool off has ended. absolultey shocking site for wins.

Don't complain ever. They will ban you across all sites.
However I have taken the matter to the Gambling Commission who have evidence that they are in breach of the regs. Touché

Shocking site it's so bad. You don't win anything it seriously needs investigating. As for frees don't bother it's the same pattern every game. 3tg 6tg 7/8tg it's so predictable and chats users are pathetic they think they own the site and only there opinion matters. Steer clear and save your money. SCAM

Been playing for a while with no issues, encountered my first problem tonight. I wasn't given the free tickets I'd won over multiple games. They gave me a 'gesture of goodwill' which was a voucher to the value of the tickets I'd lost. When I said I'm unhappy and brought up the fact that I've been given what I was already owed and not a goodwill gesture for the time and effort used and inconvenience of everything I was rudely cut off mid sentence by the person in the chat. I should not have been made to feel as if I'm being done a favour by being given something to the value of what I'd won. I wasn't even given the actual tickets I'd won, just some substitute money to play something else and not the game I won tickets to in the first place. They treat their customers disgustingly. I won't be using my money here again. They also refused initially to check all 8 games because it was too time consuming, they only bothered when I said I'd like refunding for them then. Happy to take your money but not happy to help when their games don't pay out like they're supposed to.

This site started off not to bad. Then found out that the site is actually run by some of the players. Chat hosts seem to ignore bullying comments made by these players but ban others. Same name people win daily in multiple rooms but it isn't fixed. Sky you need to sort the bullying at least.

I have been playing bingo especially Free Bingo daily and only won £0.67 share of a one line on a morning day in week. Same names repeatedly winning major prizes! Questioned this with in game chat and was banned from chat as highlighted to all players to watch winning names and validity of these names!!
One day same 2 names won 6 of 9 lines across 3 games with 2 winning 2 lines and full house.
What a con to get you to 1, stay on site offering free bingo, and 2, having to spend £1 on bingo to enter free game for a week.
