40 days is a long time.

I ordered Sprayon® CD™880 General-Purpose Cleaner - 538 Gram (19 oz) Aerosol Can S00880 on 1-5-2021.
The message I got back in my email was: Status: Can ship 5 in approximately 40 business day(s).
Expected Ship Date: 03/04/2021
That's a long time!!
I went to another vendor and got it 3 days after I sent in the order. Not sure why it's going to be 40 days before I get this order, but it seems a bit excessive, but the other vendor sent 3 cans and I can use this order if it is actually shipped as promised.

This time it went wrong
This time it went wrong. Ordered parts and they were not showing backordered. Place order 1/5/21, Followed up on 1/20/21 on status. Was told they were backordered and it would be 2-3 weeks. Rep asked if I wanted to cancel, I replied I would 1/20/21, no response. I requested to cancel again 1/21/21 and for confirmation of it, again no response. Sunday I get an email stating material has shipped. What? How? Why? Paid for certifications, did not come in the box. Rep asked me for info on the packaging so she could get me the certs? Why am I doing her job, you should have that record. This is the first time an order has gone really wrong with bad communication. Hopefully this is an anomaly.

After 3 and a half weeks I finally got my order. Very unhappy! I order parts for my airplane all the time, never has it taken more than a week. But with Sky Geek if was over 3 weeks! Not impressed. I wrote your customer service 2 times, never a response

Excellent! Skygeek always has the small quantities of what I need. The main distribution houses require a minimum order quantity. But when I only need 1 or 2 rolls of flashbreaker tape or 1 can of Sandstrom Dry Film Lube, SkyGeek has it in the small quantities I need.

Pathetic delivery times are just unacceptable.
Three weeks longer than expected to get order.
Sky Geek does not understand that most businesses cannot afford to keep a customer waiting that long, So if you need something quickly, find another retailer.

Normally, Sky Geek ships when promised. I ordered some FIKI fluid well in advance of a trip I had planned, but this time they were late shipping and the fluid didn’t arrive until after I had left. Thankfully, I had enough fluid on hand to make the trip.

Java-Script
Recently, not certain when or why, we are unable to order on-line via our work network without enabling java-script. Unfortunately, java causes other issues with programs, so our request to our IT Dept was declined. In order to place an order, we have to use our personal cell phones which is an inconvenience.
Magneto Harness, Baffling, Grommets
I recently had to order a hard to find grommet for my Continental 0-300A. Skygeek was able to find the part and now I can complete my magneto harness installation. They were one of the only places that had the part.

12 days to ship an in-stock item. Much too slow.
Product was OK, but fulfillment was unacceptably slow. I ordered the in-stock product on 12/2/20, and it shipped on 12/14/20 - 12 days later. That may have been acceptable in 1980, but not in 2020. While waiting I ordered the same product from a competitor on 12/12/20, and it shipped two days later.

So far I can't really say anything about my experience because after almost three weeks since I placed this order I still have to see the product.
FedEx originally showed a delivery date of 12/11, then change it to 12/15 - today - but the package is still in Mendon, MO. Very unlikely to be here by tonight.
Using the pandemic as an excuse, FedEx has become the worst carrier, even worse than the post office. You guys better change that or you will lose a lot of business. Personally, I will not buy anything from you unless you switch to UPS.

Delays in shipping, delays in transit
The item I ordered had a delay - but as far as I know, I was not made aware of any delay until the purchase transaction had already been made. Fine, but when the item did finally ship (later than projected, of course), it was sent via the post office, which of course, added further delay. I was willing to wait a week; maybe two for the item. Not a month or more. Very dissatisfied. I needed this tool on time.
How not to help a customer...
After ordering my parts, I was sent my order confirmation, with pending shipping time, as the item was "in stock". My ship day came and went, no further information and no tracking.
After two weeks I called your customer service center to cancel my order. She informed me that the item was going to ship "soon" and I could return my product after I got it (less the 10% restocking fee). I told her I was cancelling, there was no tracking number created, and to CANCEL the order. She argued and was not helpful in creating a good customer experience.
I do not think I will be using your service again. The last two times I have ordered, the part is "in stock" but takes very long to be shipped or is not really in stock. I have plenty of other vendors who will and can inform me if the item is being drop-shipped from another location and an expected wait time, BEFORE ordering. Good luck with your current business model.

Unacceptable
OMG, these are scam artists! Don't shop there. My order is 3 month late and I'm having issues with getting a refund/ replacement. The woman on the phone is downright incompetent. They want you to cancel the existing order so you place it again at a higher price and pay shipping again ($16.99).
They should not be in business. If you have problems with them, report them to your credit card and BBB.
