My friend managed to miss her flight to Douala by ten minutes which I had booked for her and got in a state. Fakhama managed to sort everything out in just a couple of hours very efficiently. Much impressed by the service and would highly recommend.

After chatting to Maddi of our requirements for travel she gave us some options & costs. We waited a few days and in that time she got the cost down from the original costings.
