If i could i would give them 0 stars. Me and a couple of friends had booked a flight from Cairns to Sydney, mind you in over two weeks advanced. Yet when we arrived at the airport and wanted too check in, we could not do this, as Skyscanner apparently had not come through with our order, even though they were paid for and everything. After ringing back and forth with Skyscanner, and not receiving any help, but later on a massive phonebill instead, our flight left without us. We were now stranded in Cairns, with no hotel or anything booked, and were meant too meet up with our friends in Sydney. So we called them again, and they promised that they would cover things such as new plane tickets, hotel, food and transportation, and that we were just to send them a mail with all of the receipts. We did this, and here we are 5 months after it all happened with no money and no contact from them
I would not recommend them
