Asked them to reserve a board for me for my sons birthday and when i went to collect it was told by a rather unhelpful person and i quote, Dude we must have sold it on line. For a small store to lose customers thought customer experience is a shame.
Ordered next day delivery for an extra 50p and came next day.

Firstly they arrived in good time, packaging was nice.
I bought slip on trainers, good quality but fit smaller than other similar styles trainers from vans; also incredibly stiff on the heel, which is a big letdown, either need to break them in and suffer the blisters or will need to get heel cushions; which isn’t idea especially at that price.
I like the unique style which is what attracted me to them so I will have to persevere. However as skate shoes they would be insufferable; I just got them for smart work wear.
Placed order 6th December, still yet to receive items. Contacted Slam City 3 times and as yet no explanation or reason. Extremely poor service, seem they're only interested in ££s and not customer service
I won't go into detail about my experience with slam city, but I will say that Callum Lowes is an absolute diamond. He really went above and beyond to help me and it is so greatly appreciated.

Ordered a jacket in their online sale. Was hesitant due to price seeming too good to be true. My parcel arrived quick and item was exactly as ordered. Good selection of decent brands, helpful polite CS, speedy expedition and good prices, will be using again
Got sold some screws and when i asked if they would fit my board they say
Fool: "oh yeah its all standard"
I take them out the box in front of them and they say
Fool: "oh you might need the bigger ones. But were out of stock. "
Me: "Can i get a refund ?
Fool: "No we dont do refunds"
Me: "but you told me all screws are the same, these screws are no good.
Big big fool: " Unfortunately you'll come back when they're in stock."
And i leave with the wrong set of screws, my money wasted. Never went there again.
