AVOID THIS COMPANY if there was a 0 rating i would go 0 this company is fake i have ordered water never received no means of contact goes on answering machine did send them few emails no reply called Amazon were not much help AND NO REFUND AVOID THIS COMPANY
After they saw my review they called me and sent an email of apology then refunded my money also asked me to change my review but I'm sorry I can't change my review this will be a misinformation for other people

ordered 2 products - 2 weeks later - no delivery - just a refund - no explanation - nothing - think i had a lucky escape

Honestly I am really shocked by all the negative reviews for this company, I've ordered from this business specifically dozens of times and so far I've never had a bad experience, It could be to do with the fact that I've only ever ordered one product with them, but every time I've ordered, it arrived in good condition, and in most cases before the estimated delivery date, recently I placed an order Thursday (2 days ago) and it was scheduled for next Tuesday, instead it arrived today and in good condition, as it has many times before.

Whether it is luck or down to the fact of the product I order makes a difference I don't know, but I've never had a bad experience yet and will continue to shop with this company until I do.

Stay well away from this company, I ordered three boxes of Fevertree Tonic with Elderflower, what they sent was just standard tonic.

I contacted the company and pointed out their mistake, their reply was our dispatch department sent the correct tonics to me, somehow a miracle had happened in transit and Tonic Water with Elderflower had tuned into ordinary Tonic Water.

I wonder if one ordered water, wine would arrive?

They then asked me to send photos of the boxes of tonic that they had sent along with a picture of shipping label that was on the box that the tonics came in, this was done and since then they have ignored me…!

It appears that Slamtech are very keen to take your money, but when it comes to sorting out any issues they step right back and ignore you.

Other reviews on here tell you to stay well clear of this company, I only wish I had read them before placing my order with them on Amazon…!

So I will reiterate STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, buy the products they sell from a more repeatable company, one that puts customer service and satisfaction first.

UPDATE: I have just found out that the negative review I left on Amazon about this atrocious company has disappeared, how is this possible? ( I see another persons review on Trustpilot about Slamtech has also had his negative posting on Amazon removed).

It seems this unsavoury company has found a way to remove any negative reviews off their Amazon pages.

AMAZON…….you need to investigate this as Slamtech.co.uk are giving your company a bad image, buyers could think you are behind removing negative reviews that are made against your sellers….!

Ordered pepsi, pepsi max turned up, not a big issue just replace it right? Nearly 2 weeks to sort out a refund, sent away the wrong item to which they then send me back pepsi max again, in different packaging with a bottle missing and say I took it.

I ordered a box of fairy washing up liquid! The box was packed within another box. When it arrived the courier put it on the carpet just inside my door and it was oozing fairly liquid! Not only was the box inside completely saturated in fairy liquid where all but 1 bottle had exploded, this has left a stain on my carpet! Blue fairy liquid doesn’t come out!
I have contacted slamtech via Amazon and all I got was “sorry we can only offer you 15% back or a free returns label?!
Are you kidding me? Surely this is not good practice?????? Out of the full box I purchased only 1 bottle is useable the test are destroyed. So excuse me if I don’t want 15% back. Who is also going to pay the cleaning bill for my carpet?

Avoid them they sold me a 24 pack of Coca Cola on Amazon with “Foreign object’s” in them! I have attempted contact but they subsequently ignored me.

Avoid them at all costs. I ordered a large Tabasco hot sauce off them and I never received it. Scum bags said it was delivered and it never was. Thank god amazing stepped in and issued a refund.

What follows is an account of my experience with Slamtech, omitting gross errors by them such as addressing me by the wrong name, and referring to my order as being for "San Pellegrino Bottled Water (12 x 75cl)" rather than an Russell Hobbs stainless steel kettle.

Late November 2018, I ordered a Russell Hobbs 19191 Stainless Steel 1.8 L 3kW Dome Kettle; they actually sent me a Russell Hobbs 23900 Stainless Steel Polished 1.5L 3kW 360* Dome Kettle. This was no good for us, being too small. It took me until Dec. 13th, 2018 before they agreed I could return it and provide a return address. On Dec. 15th, 2018, I posted the kettle off, they received it on Dec. 18th 2018.
I then badgered them fortnightly for the refund, and finally got a reply on Feb. 4th, 2019, telling me that they had received the item, and would I like a refund or replacement (even though I had previously made it clear I wanted a refund).
On Feb. 28th 2019, they told me that I they were "processing" for a full refund, and I should "receive a confirmation from in due time". After more badgering, the so called confirmation came on Apr. 4th, 2019 with the word "Done". Unfortunately, no refund occurred on my credit card. I sent four further emails to them, but they made no response to any of them.
Finally, I went to my credit card company, who refunded me the amount, but they unfortunately wrote off the loss, rather than hounding Slamtech, as far as I am aware.

Well Slamtech decided to send me Dettol instead

After emailing over 10 times and poor courier turning up or not turning up only to inform me I had wrong consignment number which was one slamtech gave me the package remains here.
They have even offered that I keep it and pay 75% ...Really? For a product I dont want.

Its nothing short of infuriating

Still waiting on an order to arrive been nearly a month and on Amazon it’s showing you can buy it now and it would be delivered before my late arrival date, wouldn’t go near this company again, please avoid these scammer

This company are a disgrace I bought a crate of coca cola which was a 1-2 day delivery time date 19th nov a week passed and nothing I contact the seller only to be told it had been delivered a month ago how is that even possible I am in the process of being refunded on amazon do yourself a favour and don't order from this company they are crooks

They also stop u from leaving negative reviews on amazon it won't let me put in a review because they know its gonna be the truth that they steal your money then claim they don't know what order you are talking about amazon have been informed of your shady dealings ppl like you need to be out of buisness nothing short of con artists and scammers

I placed a repeat order with these jokers via Amazon, the first was fulfilled correctly. The order was for a case of King Size Pot Noodle. Eventually they delivered a case of normal sized ones. I raised this with their "customer service" but heard nothing back so I left them a one star review on Amazon.
I then received an email offering me a 10% refund and a "mystery gift" if I changed the review to five stars - I declined. After several email to and fro's they kept denying sending the wrong items and demanded photographic proof which I supplied. Eventually I got an email back which I can only assume was run through Google Translate when it was having some sort of breakdown. I think they want me to return said product but I can't be sure. After (belatedly) checking review sites it would appear that if I return product they would have both my money and the goods, and would have great difficulty in obtaining a refund. As the sum involved is small I am writing this off to experience. I suggest you avoid this company or at least check review sites unlike me.

Packaging dreadful - flimsy cardboard carton wrapped in a bin liner - sent photo's of leaking delivery of bleach - irrefutable evidence. 'Customer services' just went round in a large infinite circle. Amazon refunded and hopefully, based on my experience and others on Trustpilot, will reconsider their links with this outfit.

This company is disgusting. Look at the reviews guys. In my case they sold me old stock and tried to pass it off as new stock. Then they claimed they had sold me the right product. I showed pictures of the right product that I purchased from Argos to prove they were mis selling.

After calling them out they tried to put as many hurdles in my path as they could. Luckily I took pictures of the product and sent it back registered post. I am writing a letter to Amazon showing them their online reviews, along with proof of mis selling. This company should be ashamed of itself. More importantly they need to be held to account. Disgusting.

Ordered lemon juice they were advertising, 4 X 1ltr bottles X 2 totalling 8 bottles for £26.99, I paid for the items and was told via email they were in the process of delivering then received a further email stating the items had been damaged in transit, I contacted the company and was told the lemon juice was no longer available and after countless emails from myself received a refund, I searched the company again only to discover the lemon juice I had first ordered was now on sale for £56.99, so I can only assume slamtech are nothing more than scammers, keep clear of slamtech.

This should be no stars.

After about 20 e mails they Amazon refunded me.
I will never order again from Slamtech.

Bought NESTLÉ The Big Biscuit Box 71 Chocolate Biscuit Bars from this company. Box was poorly packed in black plastic bag and had been squashed. Biscuits were stale (chocolate grey and powdery). Inedible.Paid approx.£16....they wanted £4 return postage. Do not buy here!

They sent the wrong item to me, so I emailed them, they asked for proof which I provided. Then they told me I could return the item, which they have listed on Amazon as ineligible for return, or I could keep the item they delivered and 'avoid the hassle of returning it'. Bullish and predatory tactics. Now doing research into the company, they have also hiked up the prices of toilet roll in the current pandemic.

Predatory, bullish and despicable seller that shouldn't be allowed to conduct business.

I bought 4 consumable products from Slamtech totalling over £100 for use in catering. I didn’t realise it was from this company as they were trading on a different buyer platform.
The four items (with which I have absolutely no issue as ive used for years) were sent out taped together in ‘Fragile’ tape with no box, no bag, no protection or cover at all from damage, dirt, damp and other health and hygiene concerns. They arrived in a real state, some crushed and damaged beyond serviceable use. Cannot believe the absolute STUPIDITY of the people they hired or the policy they have for shipping. Of course I totally support the global need for reducing waste and excess packaging, but not at the expense of ruining the core products which is like throwing the baby out with the bath water. Totally unsatisfied despite the next day free delivery. If this is how they keep costs low - I’ll pay a bit more to a competitor to receive safe clean carriage 😡
