I had a great conversation with Charlie, who was able to reassure me that I actually was not experiencing as bad sleep as I thought. At the same time, he was able to give some suggestions for my daughter, who wants to follow up with him.

The topper isn't suitable for me as a side sleeper I'm waking up every couple of hours with hip pain I really thought it would help especially because it's been recommended by so many people with the same disabilities.
I was contacted by the store initially to resolve the issue but haven't heard anything again

I love it !! I’m not in so much pain and no matter how much sleep I get I always wake up feeling refreshed. It feels like you’re on air I definitely recommend getting one.

I under went the insomnia course & it was life changing. Amazing concept, using technology & CBT. The 1-1 coaching was incredible. I can’t recommend this service enough - I slept without sleeping tablets for the first time in 6 years!!

These guys are fabulous! Not only are their products a great idea, their customer service is second to none. I emailed an enquiry and the director called me back to check exactly what I wanted to re-order.

The N-rem is a great system, not only because each side of the mattress can be configured separately, but also because each segment can be purchased individually when you need it.

For chronic pain patients like myself this is invaluable. I have lost count of the number if different mattresses I have tried, but either I did not get on with them, or my partner did not get on with (which is also very important).

With the n-rem we can configure our own side for what works for us.

Brilliant product, would highly recommend to anyone.

So happy with our Tweak mattress. It’s exactly what my wife and I needed - she prefers a soft bed and I need firm support. It’s super comfortable and the extra space from buying a super king size means we’re both getting a better night’s sleep. We’re both very impressed with it and how easy it was to set up, we should have done it years ago.

SleepHubs have been extremely supportive throughout the process. I have been a poor sleeper for a very long time and I wasn't convinced I could improve. But the CBTi programme has really helped me and my attitude to sleep has changed completely. Although at times it's a hard process, it's well worth sticking with it, as the results are worth it. Would highly recommend SleepHubs.

For the CBTI course, I find the weekly drop-in sessions especially useful because it made the entire program more personal. This help makes changing my sleeping habit easier. For me, committing to a lifestyle change is tough, even though I already know the importance of making such changes. The tutors and participants were supportive, which motivated me to start making changes to my life and to stick to those good habits. I became more aware of my sleep and the quality of it. This made changing my habits a lot easier.

The tutors are sleep experts and they give insightful feedback. They analyse the crimes you commit that make your sleep poor (some are surprisingly more serious than others!) and make tailored suggestions based on your age, profession etc. Much better than spending hours on google doing research just to find the wrong advice for yourself.

The improvements I got from the course are immediate. I now prioritise my sleep much more than I did before. I perform day to day tasks more effectively, and my overall mood also improved. With the benefits I have gained, I would say that joining this course is a worthwhile investment to leverage one's quality of life.

Great advice prior to buying, easy ordering, fantastic follow up customer services, speedy and efficient delivery. Having already tried a different mattress of a similar type, I was very sceptical about buying another. But I am delighted that I tried this one, the mattress has certainly transformed my sleep, I fall asleep quicker and definitely sleep better. My lower back pain is much improved and my general aches and pains of CFS are much better. My husband is nearly twice my weight and the different set up and firmness of his side means he too can get a good night's sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend both the mattress and the company!

The first year was a game changer for my lower back pain, indeed I wrote an initial review giving it 5 stars. However, after that year the mattress started to soften and sag, moving sections about helped a little for a short period of time but now I'm back to hardly sleeping through chronic back pain. The sag in the mattress is ridiculous, as an 16-17 stone rugby player I appreciate I'm a big guy but having to replace a £1,000 mattress after less than 3 years doesn't seem right.
