Brilliant to begin with but the mattress didn't even last 18 months before it seriously began to say. Now I wake up in agony several times a night with my back, feel as though springs are digging in my hips. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made spending so much money on this mattress, would have been better buying a cheap memory foam off ebay and replacing it every 12 months

10 YEAR WARRANTY IS A SHAM
Consistent with a few reviews here already, my boyfriend and I found that our mattresses became uncomfortable after about 1-1.5 years of use, despite rotating regularly. This has become quite an issue, especially on my boyfriend’s side, who has exacerbated his back problem because of this. When we switched sides, I developed a back issue myself.
We felt we were in a bit of a desperate situation and contacted Tweak. They asked us to take pictures to check whether the mattress was faulty. It took them weeks to get back to us (after we chased several times), and finally said that they can’t see any fault in the pictures and so we are not eligible to get any further support from them, and a refund is out of the question. UPDATE: after waiting again a couple of weeks Tweak gave us a discount to replace our toppers...
What seems to be the case is that the Tweak mattresses deteriorate and start sagging quite quickly, well ahead the promised 10 year period. You can see sagging with a naked eye, but not really in pictures, and so according to Tweak it doesn’t qualify as faulty under the warranty. Too bad their warranty doesn’t consider the damage to customers’ backs. It’s sad really to feel exploited and cheated by a company like that.

Excellent responsiveness
Excellent responsiveness. Product shipped from their warehouse as promised quickly. Perhaps only challenge is from that point it takes a couple of weeks for their delivery partner to be available if you choose the white glove service which carries the mattress to your bedroom and unpacks it. I think they should reevaluate their delivery partner. But otherwise it’s a great informative website and easy order process. Also a very innovative product.

Loving it!
Friendly and efficient customer service added to a great product make this an outstanding buy for me. I’m sleeping far better on my Tweak mattress and both friends and family are envious of my so comfortable bed! I was initially a bit wary of spending nearly £800 on a mattress I hadn’t personally tested but the 100 day product return promise gave me confidence and I’m so glad I did!

Not so impressive one year on......
After looking through the reviews and aligning them with our own experience, I'm beginning to think that a lot of the positive feedback comes shortly after purchase. Our longer term use has not proved so good. To put the following in context, I should perhaps also mention that neither of us are remotely close to the sixteen stone limit that Tweak quote for their mattresses.
For the first two or three months, my wife and I both found the mattress quite comfortable and an improvement on our old one which had sagged slightly after ten years - pretty much in line with the expectations for the life of a mattress. Both of us suffer from back pain unfortunately, so we selected the firm and extra-firm inserts and I also took advantage of the offer of additional inserts to get a second extra-firm and a medium inserts. I was already starting to feel a little discomfort, so thought the medium insert might be better option and we intended to keep the additional extra-firm insert as a spare.
About six months into using the Tweak Duo, we detected quite significant sagging on both sides of the bed - and a coincidental increase in our back discomfort - despite having followed the advice to rotate the mattress regularly. It is now coming up on a year since the purchase and the sagging, especially on my firm insert, is now worse than was the case on our previous mattress after ten years of use.
Of course I can't be absolutely sure there's a causal relationship, but over the same period my back pain has increased significantly and my wife also finds sleeping on our bed more uncomfortable. Perhaps tellingly, on recent holidays, sleeping in various hotels, we've both noticed improvements in our back problems, which again deteriorated almost immediately on returning to the Tweak mattress at home. Of course, this could be pure coincidence, but when seen alongside the considerable sagging of the mattress, it does at least suggest possible cause and effect.
In summary, the mattress has deteriorated considerably in less than a year of use, but unfortunately this deterioration wasn't really apparent until some time after 100 day comfort guarantee had expired. I'm sure this isn't a calculated design by the manufacturer, but it has certainly been our experience and sadly, unless Tweak step up to the plate with a refund, we are now going to have spend another not insignificant sum of money on a replacement.

I'm so happy with my new mattress
I'm so happy with my new mattress. The memory foam topper gives a feeling of weightlessness and relieves pressure when lying on my side. You get the best of both worlds with the soft memory foam topper and a firm main mattress. It's definitely made a difference to my comfort in bed and ultimately the quality of my sleep.

Lifesaver
We're absolutely loving it, amazing comfort! We've only been sleeping on it for 2 weeks but I'm sold! My fiance has complex back, neck and hip pain so we've tried lots of mattresses since he had his accident 5 years ago which at best would only be comfortable enough for him to sleep 3 or 4 hours a night and he'd still wake up in alot of pain. He's now able to sleep the night and doesn't wake up in worse pain than when he went to bed which is just incredible for him and helping to improve his quality of life. Thank you tweak
