Excellent service from sleepnight beds. The bed is beautiful really please with it and the service was also great, they reply to messages on WhatsApp promptly and the man who came to fit/build the bed was also fantastic and managed to get the big headboard up the stairs all by himself as I am pregnant and couldn’t help. Really cannot complain. They also brought me a matching bedding box at short notice which I paid for on delivery, excellent customer service!

Amazing service, I purchased my daughters double bed and we had it up in her room 2 days later!
I loved it so much I ordered myself the same but in a different colour!

The bed is really nice was delivered in less than 5 working days. Made it a hassle free experience for us from start to finish, answered all our questions with good communication and delivered and set the bed up for free. Even did added extras for us like studs on the side and a higher headboard for a good and reasonable price. Can’t fault them nice company to deal with went above expectations for us would recommend

Please please please do not use this company. Not only did they deliver my bed to the wrong address they left it outside a house where no-one was in and no-one signed for it. Then when i tried to get intouch with them they have totally ignored me. I've rang emailed and wats apped them and had nothing back. They are cowboys do not use them

My previous mattress was from sleep night and again after 5 years I ordered from the sleep night. For those like the firm/ soft mattress would be perfectly suitable. One side is soft and the other side firm. However I prefer the firm side cos my backpain.

Ordered a bed in March. Never arrived. After multiple calls to their only mobile number (they kept saying it would be delivered). Have e-mailed-No contact. Look up the company on companies house-this company dissolved in 2018. Dodgy. 0 stars.

Paid £299 for a double bed that my young daughter had wanted for a while. Completely conned me saying having trouble with the delivery company for over a month. They stopped all communication with me and I’m now fighting a fraud claim with the bank involved. Do not send them money. Do cash on delivery if you choose these thieves and count all bed pieces when and if it arrives, which it probably won’t.Don’t fall for the mistake I did and transfer money to these racist scumbags. I hope you read this review before doing business with them.

Bought a bed from this outfit and paid an extra £40 for hardboard base. They get 1 star because the bed was delivered within 3 days. However, the hardboard base was damaged. Contacted them via email and Watsapp with photos but they couldn't even bother to reply. They had my money and couldn't care less.

I was really happy with the service from start to finish….

The quality and price is very good.

And I believe they went over and above to help me get my son the bed he has been wanting for weeks !!!!

We bought my daughter a bed the headboard parts stitching was appalling quality to be honest the entire bed is really bad quality I complained about the quality sent pictures and they said we would get a replacement. My Daughter has had no bed for this time which they were informed of! This was well over two weeks ago they ignore my messages and calls, I have sent so many messages do not buy from this company the quality is shocking, parts are coming away the stitching looks like it has been done by a 2 yr old! my Daughter has no bed and we haven’t received any replacement or refund! Do yourself a favour don’t buy from this company!

Ordered the bed in April, and still have not received the bed! And not giving a refund either.
Chased for updates daily and they’re reply each time was ‘will arrive tomorrow’
Communication was terrible! They did not answer the phone and text replies where almost a day to respond.
Unfortunately still having to wait for my money back, this should have been honoured when the bed hadn’t arrived by now.
Such a disappointment to try and help other communities instead of going to big brands and this is what happens.

I purchased a double storage bed but i’m unhappy with the product, the screws are visible in the headboard and are very noticeable, also the base was not supplied which was agreed it would be. Also the colour of the bed is a very dark shade to what i ordered. They are not answering my calls or replying, very unprofessional!!!

Communication was good and delivered during the time stated. More than happy with my bed 👌🏻

Beautiful bed with quick delivery - was given extra slots as kind gesture and was brought in by the man delivering was very kind

Bed looks great. Plenty of storage room. Good value. Fast delivery and was kept updated with delivery times.
