Ordered a new bed and was delivered within a few days.
We were always kept up to date with times of delivery which kept me at ease.
Very pleased with this company, the bed was fairly easy to put together
My only criticism would be the instructions of installation but wasn't a major issue.

Professionalism, expertise and excellent installation service by Zain made the entire process of delivering and fitting comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this Sleepnight for the whole concept of choosing a bed style, size, selecting the material and optional storage type. I had lots of questions over the weeks prior to purchase as I was redesigning my bedroom and not sure what I wanted at first. Sleepnight's unique method of communication on WhatsApp ment instant replies helping me make my decision and also gave me time to shop around but I kept coming back to Sleepnight for quality of product, value for money, customer service and optional finance package to pay. Sleepnight’s customer service was already excellent with their patience; I really did have lots of questions over weeks. Finally, I knew what I wanted; their delivery arrangement worked round me; customer focus was excellent. The delivery date arrived which was within a week which is very fast compared to other furniture companies that take from 6 weeks to deliver and more than double the price.
This was when I met Zain, who not only delivered my beautiful new bed but he carefully installed it in my already cleared bedroom. Zain was very friendly and considerate of my property whilst carrying the bed through the house. He was not just a fitter of beds but he was also trained and experienced in manufacturing the bed so he knew the product inside and out and was very efficient in installing my bed in a safe and speedily way. I slept like a king that night in my beautiful new super king bed.
The best customer service and product quality I have ever experienced. I have done the research as I always want the best so I can really say...Forget the Rest - SLEEPNIGHT is the best!

NOT IMPRESSED.
Ordered a double bed from the site with the ottoman gas lift storage option underneath. Little did I know that the boards where not included in this option, which was £100 extra to begin with. Upon delivery i realised that the boards were not there and it was in small print on the website, I asked for the boards to be delivered where I would pay the extra as it was the whole point why I ordered the bed. I was promised that delivery would be made within the week but nothing. 3 weeks later and still nothing. I have tried to contact the company and keep getting fobbed off with false promises and they haven't showed up for delivery on dates they said they would come. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would avoid the hassle and purchase your goods from another site!

Bed was delivered 2 days after ordering and delivery time was precise, the bed is amazing quality and I had all queries / questions answered almost immediately in regards to the bed! Would definitely recommend and order again the bed is beautiful👍🏼

The bed arrived on time as i changed my mind and purchased a bedding box to. The bed is excellent quality very heavy as made from good quality wood. Went up very easily and looks amazing.

My boyfriend brought a bed from this company but after reading some of the reviews I was really nervous but I had a great experience with this company they was really polite, helpful and we are more then happy with our beautiful bed it’s fab Quality for a good price. We haven’t got a single bad thing to say.

What an excellent service this company provide. Having been let down by another company they stepped up to the mark and delivered ! Communication was spot on, the guy who delivered & assembled the bed was polite & courteous at all times. The bed itself is excellent quality & my daughter now has a bed to sleep on after over a month on the floor!! Would highly recommend. Thankyou

Ordered an ottoman bed in plush steel, delivered in less than a week. Bed looks great! Guys were excellent, checked everything was intact, gave instructions. Would definitely buy from this company again.
