Poor packing care. Sellotape all around fabric which was pulled off with it. 400£ and now i have sellotape marks around my bed!

Great service, really good prices for the furniture. Delivered on time an the day I wanted it and great quality furniture

Ok- I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case I think it’s important.
I have to agree with some peoples negative comments in relation to customer service. This is currently not the best service and does give cause for concern when it comes to placing an order. However, having placed an order I found that the product is extremely good value. They updated me fully when it came to delivery which was only three days after I placed the order! They delivered on a Saturday and gave me a time slot 7 to 11. Having got up early I later found that this was 7 pm to 11 pm! That again could’ve been clearer.The person dealing with this order did reply instantly via my email requests on a number of occasions.
All in all I’m very satisfied with the bed ordered and I have highlighted directly to them the customer service problems.

Dreadful company.
I am unable to give less than 1 star.
No customer service skills AT ALL.

Contact number is either switched off or just rings.
They don't appear to read their facebook messenger messages.
If you use there contact us link on their website, it says the messafe cannot be sent.

Ordered a bed in January to be delivered to our new address February 9th (which they acknowledged and thanked us for). Nothing delivered on 9th and no contact from them. When we contacted them they said it would be delivered on 14th Feb. On 14th Feb, bed was attempted to be delivered to our OLD address, 20 miles away. The driver told us he was already running behind and had to get to Brighton so we wouldn't be getting our bed that day. No contact from them again, so we attempted to contact them. No answer to emails, messages for 3 days. Told them we wanted it delivered Saturday 20th. They said OK it will be delivered Sunday. I messaged them and told them I wanted it Saturday as all errors had been theirs and not ours. Received an email saying - will be delivered saturday, sorry for relay. (I assume should have been delay).
I messaged them twice on Saturday to ask for an approx delivery time. Still no reply. Bed was delivered around 4.15pm.
Instructions to the bed were absolute rubbish! Basic instructions which I assume they have copied from somewhere else!
Received a text at 6.32pm asking if the bed has been delivered. Replied to that and said 'Yes'. Recieve another text from them at 10pm - OK.

MY ADVICE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great service, the delivery driver was really nice, my sleigh bed with ottoman storage is just what I wanted. I will use this company again. They were also quick to replying to messages for a query I had.

So impressed so the bed I wanted was too expensive but then seen the same bed on this site for £150 less !!!!!! It’s absolutely beautiful. So helpful and friendly people. Fast delivery I will definitely use again when my last bedroom is renovated 5 stars all the way !!!!!!

No contact after order was made regarding delivery of a bed

Really helpful people. I was let down by someone else got in contact with sleepnight in the evening, they helped me out and had a bed delivered the next day by 2 o'clock. Delivery guys put the bed where asked.

Beautifully made bed, exactly what I ordered and nicer than I imagined...Great communication throughout with fast replies, even late evening....extremely fast delivery, ordered on Monday, arrived Saturday morning with plenty of notice, delivery man was very helpful and double checked everything even offered to assemble....bed was very easy to assemble, took me less than 10mins to construct on my own...Thank you....I absolutely love my new bed!!!

Terribly unprofessional. Only way of contacting the owners of the business was through WhatsApp. When one owner stopped answering messages was forced to source another number from a social media platform and they then denied being the same company. After 2 days of contact via WhatsApp finally recieved a refund for the purchase however the company then refused to send me an email confirming the refund as proof as they said “they didn’t have time”. No genuinely run business operates like this. More very unhappy customers on their social media sites.

I ordered 2 beds however one was not described and definitely not what i wanted.
Customer service is appallingly, sent numerous of emails and phone calls still no response to resolve this matter.

Awaiting delivery but made an error with my order and the customer service was excellent!

My daughter loves the bed, the only issue we had was the slats provided are too short and it allowed the mattress to keep dropping when they fell down.
