Good product, exactly as described on website. As I wanted this delivered on a particular day I sent off email to company as their website suggested. Their reply was quick and helpful and they arranged for delivery on chosen day.
Unfortunately they were let down by their chosen couriers who sent it out on correct day buy failed to deliver it to the property. When the courier's website tracker showed failed attempt and card left, I contacted to complain. They said no one was in and did I want to arrange re-delivery. When the driver did turn up two days later he said he couldn't find it on first attempt and didn't leave a card.
If the courier hadn't been so rubbish Sleep Solutions would have got 5 stars.

Originally ordered a bed from a different company who let me down. Sleep Solutions were polite, efficient and delivery was first class.

I'll be honest, given the price I paid for my three-seater metal futon, I wasn't expecting much, but I have to say I'm really impressed! The bed looks good, is sturdy and surprisingly comfortable and the company were very friendly and accommodating, especially when it turned out there was a manufacturing fault with the mattress. Without any fuss whatsoever, Sleep Solutions arranged to have it swapped with a new one at my earliest possible convenience: very slick service indeed. Top marks from me.

I would say though which is not your fault but the carrier you use to get packages to the Isle of Man werent that great, i was out when they tried to deliver, so i rang the number they left and got a nice gentlemen and we arranged a time the next day, but they never came and then when i phoned i got another gentlemen who was quite rude not helpful and i had to phone around to get the guy who was delivering. finally got it

Very happy though with everything else

Bought a sofa bed which was well priced and delivered within a few days. Although there had been issues with delivery arriving on the wrong day this was helpfully resolved without delays.

We were unfortunately sent the wrong mattress, which was far from ideal but these things happen. As soon as I notified sleep solutions they dealt with the matter very quickly and efficiently. The old one was collected and the new one delivered within 2 days, on a Saturday so I didn't have to have time off work. The staff were understanding and very helpful and I would not hesitate to use sleep solutions again, even though there was a mis-hap.

We are yet to sleep on the mattress but all seems good so far!

Spoke with company as I wanted the bed before Easter and the bed was delivered on the Thursday before Easter as promised.

Bed was exactly as descibed and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Sleep Solutions and their couriers were wonderful. The delivery time was literally less than 2 days from ordering and their couriers chased the drivers for a more accurate delivery window. All that and the guests who slept on it have said that it was the best sleeper sofa they have slept on - firm, comfortable and despite it's slightly narrower size still fine for 2 people.

Sleep Solutions provided a quality product at a competitively low price that no other retailer was prepared to price match. My initial email enquiry was answered within hours and was followed up by a well communicated dispatch and delivery. I have been completely delighted with the whole process and would absolutely buy with them again.

Having ordered firm mattress by mistake Sleep soloutions stopped my delivery and refunded me in full with no quibble or questions.I then place another order and within the week had the mattress delivered and it was exactly as discribed on their web page. A good quality mattress comfortable and excellent value compared to what we have seen in the stores.
Well done Sleep Solutions a up to date company with old fashioned values.I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a bed or mattress
