It slows the speed of my internet down a lot. Also, I can't download anything bigger than 500mb (typically) because it disconnects my internet in the middle of the download. If I want to download I turn it off & everything is just fine (and always had been). I only use it if I'm logging onto sites with personal sensitive information & then I turn it off. A waste of my money. I would at least expect my internet speed would stay the same & I could download large files without being disconnected. Try another VPN, this isn't the one.

So far so good
So far so good. I've only used the SlickVPN openVPN address on my Android device. The VPN signal loses connection now again. But overall I get clear tunnel, solid connection.

A bit slow.
The sign up process was simple and easy.
The software is good and easy for a first time user to understand. Connection to the remote servers is fast and easy to change locations.
My main reason for only 3 stars is the connection speed. I average 15-20mbps (which is crap to begin with) and when i turn on slick it drops to 1-2mbps. That being said I'm told the speed drop is to be expected when using any VPN, I just wasn't expecting it to be so dramatic.

It's OK but I won't be coming back.
Cumbersome OpenVPN setup with Synology NAS compared to PIA, gw1.per1.slickvpn.com doesn't always work, contacted support center but only got 1 reply then never heard from again, doesn't unblock netflix - once again asked support about this and got no reply.

Frustration
After 5 days still cant install.
Have been emailing tech support but the advice doesnt work.
Have wasted hours trying to install. I think it was probably a waste of money.
Disappointing in the extreme.
