The process was seamless and all enquiries before ordering were handled professionally and efficiently. We did have a fairly long lead time, once ordered, but this was explained to us at time of ordering and delivery times were honoured. Overall very impressed with the product, we needed bespoke doors and that is exactly what we got. Very happy Customers.

Delivered when they said they would.
Quality of doors is good, and not too complicated to hang.
Instructions on building a frame could have been more helpful, but that is because I am a complete beginner and I was not fitting into a gap.

Great products and great service
Everything arrived on time, well packaged and with clear instructions. Very happy with the doors.
A nice touch was that a year after buying the doors, I got an email to all of I was still happy with them: not trying to sell anything, just checking everything was ok with the doors.

Excellent service from start to finish, very helpful before ordering. Great price and product arrived packaged well. Looks fabulous, hence I’ve purchased again for the spare bedroom. Highly recommend.

Quick and early!
The order process was very easy with a quick callback to a query about door sizes.
Delivery was quicker than standard quote and goods were delivered direct to bedroom albeit at 06-10 am after a call the night before from driver.
