Absolutely brilliant. My first visit and purchase from Slim’s today at their Enfield branch. The staff member (I’m ashamed to say I forget his name) was fantastic. Helpful, informative and couldn’t do enough to help me out. His advice and knowledge was invaluable and I was able to get everything I wanted with only the one item out of stock.

I can honestly say that their customer service is up there with the best I’ve experienced.

This will now be my one stop shop to feed my obsession.

Outstanding service! I ordered a lot of products to replenish my car cleaning stores. I ordered Sunday evening and everything arrived by lunch time on Tuesday. They were exceptionally well packed and protected.

I will definitely be using Slim’s as my preferred supplier. Especially now that I’m detailing as a sideline.

I recently decided to up my game when it came to cleaning my cars, so turned into a bit of a geek scouring the internet for the best products and a company that are willing to help with purchases, well my time researching was well spent as after speaking to Nathan at Slims detailing I was given a wealth of knowledge and information to help me with my purchases and it was easy to tell that Nathan was speaking with a passion for his profession of car detailing rather than selling products. can't fault them in any way and would highly recommend them and if you have any questions they always seem happy to help newbies to detailing like myself. Slims have excellent customer service and have been amazing with each order I've placed. Orders are normally delivered next day also which is outstanding.

Really pleased I choose Slims to order something for my husbands birthday that was out of stock in all other shops or over priced.
Although the item said next day delivery it did not get dispatched. When I emailed them a lovely lady called me and looked into the issue. I explained that the item was need within 10 days. The delivery issue was rectified and I had a call back to apologize and let me know it was on its way with a little goody bag for goodwill. I was very impressed with their service and the item was genuinely a good price.

Slim's Detailing delivery partner APC lost my parcel. I understand this happens, but when I called Slim's I was told they'd call me back with an update. Having been chasing them for over a week now with no response, I am having to rely on PayPal to sort this out via their resolution centre. Really poor customer service and expected much more from a company with such high average reviews.

I had a great time in this place and would recommend others to give them a try. They provide you great service and information that helps you make a better choice.

I am repeat customer, and wouldn't use anywhere else for my larger detailing purchases. Great stock, great prices and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

First class service, first class communication, and first class delivery, if they say it’s in stock it is and delivered promptly. Better than another company I had been using previously who I have reviewed. Excellent service!!!

Absolutely cannot fault these guys. Never had a problem. Always get the deliveries on time, they are a great bunch of people if you visit the shop in person also! Slims is always my first go-to when needing more detailing supplies.

I can also 100% recommend the detailing academy. I attended the London course in July and it was fantastic.

Delivery is always prompt and customer service is very helpful indeed.

Would hope to see SD start to do customer reviews on the products on site to help decide which to buy and a ranking system using those review scores but that's just me.

Very good company and great customer service.

Provides top quality car products at fair prices and what is best you get total piece of mind paying with PayPal. Also postage is excellent cant be happier, i encourage car detailers to give this shop a shot if not already. You can also save up reward points and get money off when used. Sells best of products give them a try.

Fantastic service. The website is great to use, really appreciate the points system to earn money back on future purchases. Really pleased they offer next day delivery, companies that don't offer this these days need to wake up. People are always willing to pay for it. Once you place an order they keep you up to date, quick dispatch, quick delivery, always very happy. They were gracious enough to return something I had used but wasn't happy with, I know it wasn't something they could resell so would have been a loss, but I've always gone back and highly recommend them to lots of people.
