Absolutely the worst online experience…
Absolutely the worst online experience I’ve ever had.
I am a compulsive gambler and I open an account with this site lost a bit of money then you offered 4 or 5 time a bonus insensitive to stay so I did and then put more on and again lost. So I said no definitely closing spoke to support and then gave me an email and said they could not close it and I had to via email. So I did on the 27th of November I ask for my account to be closed and to self exclude me for the longest time possible.
This has not happened and because of this I ended up putting in a silly amounts of money in from the 27th up until right now and still doing so. I have sent over 40 emails requesting no begging for this account to be closed and even not not one response from the support email 📧 or Nicolas or rhea who all have had over 30 emails from me. These are the only 3 email addresses that the online support team gives you saying they can’t close the account it has to be done by them.
And then I asked one of the support team how long dose it take to close my account once I sent to email and his response was that there is no time limit. Very strange. I asked if that was in your terms and conditions. I doubt that is with no response.
I was playing and had a problem so online support said they would send an email to support and guess what the next day I had an email from rhea with a response to the game issue. Not a word about closing me account so shows they are reading just choose to do absolutely nothing.
No safer gaming in place. Keep throwing bonuses at you. Very few in game bonuses. I had a £7.50 spin bonus I won £.80. Site a fake a scam and stay away.
And if you read this please close my account.

They make every excuse not to pay out and ask for sensitive information
I won 55 pound on free spins, i decided to withdraw the money. I was told my UK driving license wasnt acceptable as it was 'blurry', yet the upload system verified at the time that it was a perfectly clear image. I upload a water bill and tax bill, showing company logos and my address...no sensitive info shown. These were bothe rejected as proof of address as i didnt show the full letter ( understandably these hold sensitive info), i was then asked to upload bank statements showing my incomings and out goings which i refused. I was then told to upload pictures of my bank cards, birth cert etc. After stating i was going to complain to the gambling commission as this seemed like quite the intrusion. I was then told my winnings were being processed. Today, i have been told my bank account i want the winnings in ' hasnt got a valid branch code'. (Monzo). So i have given them my Natwest details. I have just noticed that my account has been suspended?. No explanation, no winnings as of yet paid. I will be esculating this to the governing body as, it appears i am not the only one having similar issues. When you speak to someone on the phone, they are rude and dismissive. Im just extremely glad i did not deposit money with these people and simply was lucky enough to win on the joining free spins and meet the wagering requirements. Before they suspended my account, i noticed the game i had won on ' no longer works lol'. Please dont place actual money on this site as i dont believe they will pay.
Update: you cant find my account because youve gone and suspended it for no reason. I still havent recieved my winnings and you are now giving yet another excuse.. ' withdraw the full amount' yet i wanted to carry on playing with 5 pound of it and the rest is still pending withdrawal. I cant withdraw this five pound as you wont let me. Asked for withdrawal and sent documents multiple times but they still refused withdrawal. Very invasive process and every time I send a document they change their requests for something else.
