NOT PAYING
After I've sent them a myriad of documents, which have all been verified, I had to do a phone call verification. All went well and they told me that they will verify the call soon. That was 11 days ago. I go to chat every days to ask about my withdraw (lousy 400euros) but they say the haven't had the time to verify my call. And there is nothing I can do but wait.

Horrible - not sure if they will ever pay what the owe me. Also, had a lot of trouble explain the "virtual card" to them - they kept asking for "the back of my card" - but after a few weeks we managed to sort that out, at least.

This is by far the biggest scam site out there. Avoid at all costs, I was playing and a big win rolled in, game decided to freeze and what I'm sure is an illegal message appeared on the screen. Game error, if a win occurs during error it will be a loss. Please see attached picture of win. Got in contact with slots heaven customer service. Vicki was her name and decided to say the said spin was a loss with a different spin, I corrected her and she decided that she could not be bothered and ended chat. I emailed the site and Niki got back to me, again tried to play the wrong spin and once I said I have the whole session recorded has decided to ignore email. I have now sent on recording to gaming regulator. SCAM Site!

Well the thing that annoys me about this site ,well one of the things is that they don't ask for ID Verification before depositing because most sites who require it asks for verification before depositing. Anyway I won £90 out of my own £20 deposit. This was Tuesday afternoon . I didn't hear anything for almost 24 hours through an email asking for verification ID. I sent a bank statement. I sent a utility bill . They approved them . They asked for 4 things
So the other 2 was my passport which was rejected and received that email another 24 hours later . I explain that o didn't have any other photo ID and the passport was ini maiden name . I also got my bank card rejected because it wasn't signed. I signed ny card and sent that and they approved it. Then about my passport they said I didn't need to send another form ofi Photo ID. So the same day I asked when my money would be put onto my account. Heard nothing for 48 hours. Then I got an email today asking for a photo ID which I've already explained I don't possess
And also my bank card signed. I've done that and it's been approved I have the emails . I have given up I can't be bothered fighting this I have too much to deal with but please anyone reading this review please read the other reviews about withdrawals
It's not rubbish they

Just give people their money what is rightfully theirs or at least ask for verificatiok before depositing..

I have screenshot the email which states my card was approved but they are denying i sent it in the first place
Also if you have a problem and go to chat they tell you who is dealing with your problem and you tell them your issue and they say they are looking into your account and ask you to bear with them. So you sit there waiting like an idiot for someone totally different to come on and ask the same thing and you go through it all again and sit there waiting for the same thing to happen with a different agent till you just end up leaving the chat because you know your issue is getting ignored!!

Confused why this site receives good reviews
Opened my account last night and made a withdrawal spoke to someone on chat about withdrawal query times then he randomly self excludes my account without me saying to do so then he said I requested it.. I didn't... Then I get an email to say your account has been closed as per your request... I never requested it to be closed! Then when you try to speak to people on chat if they don't know how to answer they just pass you to the next person without letting you know I spoke to lilly on chat who had no clue how to answer me so just passed me on
Then I find out just to process a withdrawal can take 5 days which is far too long
I would not recommend to use this site!
