AVOID - Would give zero but not an option m. Uploaded all requested documents and after a week still pending, will not acknowledge or reply, have now self excluded. Absolute crap, go to any other site and avoid this like the plague. I’ve now moved funds from my account as I’ve every reason to see this ad a scam site.

So, it’s me again…
I got documents verified about 3 weeks ago.
So ALL documents have been verified.
I load my account with some money and play.
I win $4500.
I cash out $2500 (their limit) and lock it in.
It stays in locked pending withdrawal for 5-6 days.
Meanwhile I have $2500 to play with.
So I do.
I win another $2000.
So I have $4500 awaiting withdrawal.
But the previous withdrawal is over 6 days.
So I start playing the $4500.
The game I play gives large bonuses.
I played $4500 and didn’t hit one bonus, lost it all.
Next day it get email saying the withdrawal has been approved. (Great timing). So I wake up this morning and read my email and there’s one from slotsmillions.

I asked why they need that info ( I cut and pasted to him).
He said as our terms and conditions state we are allowed to ask anything.
I was so enraged I told him to shove his terms and conditions &$#@#$& …………..
I told him to close my account immediately.

I checked my account and it’s closed. Funny how they can closed an account in a split second but withdrawals and verification takes weeks. If you go on this site it’s at your own risk. If you win you will have problems withdrawing. I also think the people saying the site is good are plants. There’s tactics they use so you can’t withdraw. This site should really be checked out by the gaming commission. They are criminals to me.
We will see if I receive the $2500 I withdrew. Maybe they will steal it like the other $1000.

Wish never came across this site fed up with this verification system. No problem depositing they happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawals they want to know everything before they will process. Seriously stay away from this site. I won £2000 and the casino refused to pay out. I am having to fight this with the gambling commission and any other bodies I can.

Please be warned that if you play here your at risk of losing money and not just what you deposit either. I have played at plenty of casino and bingo sites in the past and at times it can be annoying with ID and long withdrawals, but never in all my years have i been robbed of my win that was honestly won, its rather upsetting to be honest. The payment was cancelled and just removed off my balance. Kind of regret choosing this casino and will be moving to another. You are only allowed to deposit £300 until your income is verified which is a good safety feature for new customers am not knocking that at all, however 5 days later and the document still hasn’t been reviewed meaning you can’t play or take up any of the new customer promotions you get spammed with, customer service are also fairly abrupt verging on rude at times and of little use. Will be moving my custom to a competitor. Can’t comment on withdrawal times etc as haven’t made it that far! Selection of games looks fairly good though.

If I could I would give less then one star. No point to use any offers because they cancel them as soon as you register. On top of that they closed my account with the deposit on it so basically they took my money without notifying me. The worst casino

Terrible company. Received a welcome offer email but when I deposited my initial funds they failed to honour the bonus. Contacted them on chat and they said I wasn't eligible even though I had received the email.
Refused to tell me why I suddenly wasn't eligible.
I suspect their plan is to temp customers to deposit with the email, then refuse to pay the bonus in the hope that customer then just wager the deposit anyway as withdrawing the funds in such a hassle.

Wouldn't give me my welcome bonus. Offered no explanation. Withdrew my money and won't be returning

Really don’t get the negative reviews.
I cashed out £250 Sunday and is in the bank on Monday .
I provided my passport and a council tax bill as my documents.
Loads o games and decent returns . Obviously it’s gambling so you lose in the end. 5 star from me

Horrible. I am still waiting for my withdrawal after having gone through their verification process and provided all the necessary documents. All documents were verified and approved, and they processed the deposit close to two weeks ago but I have still not received my money. They do not answer emails, at least they have not done so yet (emailed 5 days ago). Their customer support via the chat function said three days ago that they would have their finance team look into it and contact me within 1-2 days, but there has been no word from them yet. I hope they will solve my withdrawal soon, but I will never deposit or play anything else at this site. I would say there are at least 30-40 different casino sites that are better and more professional.

I totally disagree with the bad ratings. Normally i dont write reviews, but this rating is ridiculous. My experience was great. I wagered for a bonus in the past and got my money a few days later. Also always with other wins The customer support is kind and supportive. Much better then other casinos - trust me.
