After posting this review I was called by a very helpful member of staff from SLR Hut who apologised for the mistake and offered to upgrade my camera model to the EOS 600D for no additional charge. In the end I am a very happy customer.

Tonight I placed an order for almost £600 worth of camera and lens equipment. I called to confirm my shipping details as you're requested to do. However, this is a ruse to try and hard sell you extras. I spoke to a manager called xx when I told him I didn't want any batteries or extras and I had already been on the phone for 20 minutes so had to go he said "Well if you're not interested in listening to me, I'm not interested in listening to you, consider your order cancelled, Go and buy the camera somewhere else" - some customer service AND from a supposed manager. An American company using an address and UK number. Check your warranties people or better yet spend your money with someone who wants it.

Ok I ordered an ipad2 32g wifi in white on a sunday afternoon, that evening I received a call from Jack Green talking me thru the process and how I would have the item by Thursday that week.
Anyway a small problem they didn't have the item in white only black, and would I mind having black or I could wait for the white to come back in stock, wasn't really bothered about the colour so said black was fine, this was now Thursday around 5pm, on Friday I received an email to say the item had been picked up from NY at 15.25pm by DHL, it was delivered to my home address MONDAY AT 14.55pm!!!!!!! Bloody amazing!
I have seen some negative comments from other customers, but I can only say my experience with slrhut have been nothing but good, and will definitely use the again.

I ordered a fujifilm S2980 camera with accessories and my order arrived from the US in 3 days, incredible!! The only downside was they forgot to include the uk adaptor for the battery charger, but after a conversation with Henry in their customer service dept, one is apparently on its way to me. The camera is really good and I'm looking forward to getting to know what it can do.
For fast efficient value for money service SLRHUT are the best.

I ordered a sony A65 body only. SLRhut were the cheapest and their service was excellent. Marc (ext 326) was very helpful. I had read reviews about the company before buying from them so I knew that the camera would be delivered from USA but their ordering system includes adding customs duty before the final order goes through so you know how much you will be charged and there's no hold up at customs because you have prepaid. I'm delighted with my purchase and I would use them again.

i ordered this on slrhut.co.uk it was alot cheaper than in the uk.it turned up from usa 5 days later with dhl.the delivery service was very good.i would recommend to anyone.

Recently bought a Canon EOS600D & additional lens. After researching the web & High Street SLRHut offered by far the best pricing.

Sales function was very helpful & appeared knowledgeable, (albeit too pushy with the "extras").

Delivery (dispatch) was disappointing slow, but everything arrived and was new & in perfect condition.

Sales had told me that the camera would be "full UK spec & branding". In fact it arrived with the US "Rebel T3i" on the camera.

was a little nervous bying my canon 5d mark2+the 24-70canon lens but as soon as transaction gone through Jack called from slrhut and confirmed all in order.

ordered on a sunday, got a phone call same day, got good deal and recieved by the following wednesday! some troubles with usa bank trying to take the money from uk bank but once i sorted it my end everything still went through smoothly! will definetly be using again
