No customer service

No response from customer service when questioned about the origin of pillow covers. Website says UK made but on the material it says made in China!! Not impressed

Poor quality, refusal to communicate with customer 17/11/24- current

I bought a slumberdown
Electric blanket from Asda supermarket in November 2024. It stopped working in April 2025 and I was advised to contact slumberdown customer service. After numerous emails, they agreed to replace it in May 2025. It again failed in October 2025 and I contacted them for a refund or replacement. After numerous emails, they told me to return it to Asda who declined to replace it as it was almost one year later. I have now been writing to slumberdown and they have refused to communicate anymore, or even replace or refund. It seems their product is inferior. I have asked where to complain but this had also been ignored. I am very disappointed and won’t give up.

Terrible Communication

I was considering a purchase and had a question about a product which wasn't answered on their website. Emailed them on 6 Dec. Got an auto-reply saying they were getting a lot of emails as it was their peak season and they aimed to respond within 5 working days. Fair enough - but it's now 8 working days later and I still haven't had a reply. Have given up waiting and bought elsewhere.

No refund, no response for a faulty item

I received a faulty mattress topper with its zip broken. Also, avoid the gel mattress topper because it has the strongest chemical fume which doesn’t go away after two weeks of airing it out.
I contacted the customer support right away upon receiving the item (with all details including order number), and chased 3 or 4 times. No response whatsoever for 2 weeks now. I’d like the mattress topper collected asap because it’s broken and makes us feel unwell with the smell just by having it in the room and not even using it.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company. Slumberdown have now been holding my returned item for over a month with no refund and, unsurprisingly, no communication either. They didn’t even have the courtesy to confirm that the return had arrived — they simply kept it.

Only after chasing the issue through Amazon did I discover that Slumberdown had in fact received the return weeks ago and are now over three weeks late issuing the refund. Had I not investigated myself, I suspect nothing would have happened at all.

I’m now forced to take further action just to recover money that should have been refunded automatically. Make of that what you will.

I’d strongly recommend doing your due diligence before dealing with this company and purchasing elsewhere if you value basic customer service, transparency, or professionalism. An extremely poor experience from start to finish.

Delivered quickly

Delivered quickly. Whole experience has been eye ope ing. Both my daughter and I have slept much better with these pillows. Honestly didn't think it would make that much difference but it really does!

No refund

Purchased a heated blanket but turned out to be unsuitable and returned to Slumberdown. Ask for a refund 4 times now and no response let alone a refund
Now have a reply containing a random telephone number with no connection and no contact details see it below.

Not good customer service

The order was shipped quickly however the delivery company returned the item to sender immediately without even attempting delivery (I appreciate this is not Slumberdowns fault), however the only way to contact Slumberdown is via email which I have done on several occasions and they are not replying to me so no refund and no pet bed

Well priced wool! Awful choice of courier, customer service ghost town.

Good prices for Black Friday, I have 4 of their (BRITISH) wool duvets now as I use in my air bnb rooms, I find them light and warm for the price they are great, pleased to have bedding that will break down after it’s discarded unlike polyester which we can’t even leave in recycling! Hoping there are no PFAS in the mix..The bags great for storage long term, easy to fit duvets in them, last well. dispatch/Delivery is quick but please stop using yodel! Courier rang the bell, I have to run down 3 flights to get to the gate, I didn’t wait a second, I ran down in 15 seconds tops to find the courier already dropping the duvet in the block door next door..I know none of these people and there’s never anyone there.. a really bad short cut on delivery. Tracking also spotty. Still waiting for a response to my question to slumber down a week ago…

Warm and cosy

I bought my duvets to use in my campervan, we tried them at home and absolutely love the duvets. They feel light but are very warm and cosy. Most of all I like that they are not bulky.
