Excellent service vicki goes above and beyond to provide the customer service and advice best suited to your needs even beyond that I was victim of fraud which I talked to vicki about whilst ringing up one day to pay a bill late I was so stressed her advice led to full refund from my bank can’t recommend enough great company

This review is based on my experience of the last lady I spoke with. I was ready to leave after the salesperson who sold me the package could not be bothered to call me back at a agreed time! Whe I called back I got chalk to her cheese, super helpful and full or northern CHARM.

We have used Smart Numbers for many years. The team are always available to chat to and new connections are done swiftly and efficiently. The break down of information on a monthly basis is excellent. They are always friendly and helpful and would certainly recommend this company.

Didn't really know too much about smart numbers, but heard about the benefits, so spoke with a very nice polite lady called Amanda, she was able to answer all my questions plus give me additional information I'd not know. I would highly recommend anyone to wants to know more to speak to her.
