The right frames with the correct prescription correctly delivered. Delivery time was rather too long compared with the frame selection page suggesting 3-5 days plus 5 days for the prescription lenses. 18 days actual.

The team operates nicely, no doubts about this. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was satisfied with what came. Sometimes companies screw up with accurate and fast delivery, not a case here. I see they care about their own reputations and stuff is trained enough to handle the problems, without excuses, like it’s delayed, can we order something another and so one.Only one problem was their diverse product range. I couldn’t find some cool aviators I’ve seen once. Maybe it was out of stock. Alternatives didn’t give the same feeling as the original would.

Excellent product and excellent communication.
This order was for a set of 3 pairs of glasses. All were brand new designer glasses and in good condition. There were issues with Aramex courier (which I would never recommend to anyone) and Indian customs (always comes with problems with Indian customs). But all were smoothly sorted out by SmartBuyGlasses team. Excellent communications with prompt responses by the SmartBuyGlasses team. All in all good experience despite delay due to customs and worthless courier. Highly recommended and will purchase again.
