Great website. Love my sunglasses had been after these for a while and been sold out everywhere, had never heard of SmartBuyGlasses and was cautious to order, but looked at the trust pilot review and most were verry good, so ordered them. They were in the sale which was great. The only thing it took 10 days for delivery even though it said 2-3 days. But I absolutely love my sunglasses, they’re Boss so I knew the quality would be good and were worth the wait. Would use this website again

Never heard of SmartBuy Glasses, their name popped up when looking for some new Ray Bans. The price of their glasses was very competitive and thought I would take the plunge and give them a try. From the start of my order and the communication that followed, SmartBuy Glasses were brilliant from start to finish & the glasses are fantastic. Thanks guys and would definitely use them again.

I have changed my score to 4 stars from one as their customer service have done a good job of chasing my order. I will get them now just in time for my holiday.

Delayed glasses order processed still no delivery, had to cancel it after more than 4 weeks of no update

I’ve just returned from my opticians and the glasses i purchased from smart buy glasses had become faulty. I contacted customer services and even though I was out of my warranty time as a goodwill gesture they sorted things for me so I wasn’t out of pocket great service all sorted within 14 days can’t faulty them

I initially received the wrong lenses (progressive instead of single vision), but their customer service handled it professionally and efficiently. The team responded quickly, arranged a return without hassle, and kept me updated throughout the process.

The replacement glasses arrived exactly as requested, and the quality is excellent. The lenses are spot on, very comfortable, and the frames look and feel premium.

What really stood out was how smoothly they resolved the issue — clear communication, no arguments, and a proper solution.

The price of my frames was very good , delivered on time, over all a brilliant company to purchase off of .

Ordered VR prescription lenses to fit a Quest 3, it was immediately obvious that the lenses had been manufactured incorrectly as they were totally blurred and unusable. Contacted the retailer and was promised a solution within 48hrs, heard nothing since.

Now I've been promised a full refund and I've improved my rating to three stars, the responses from them was always prompt even if they could not provide a full complete solution.

Good range of frames, excellent prescription results, but a lengthy delay in getting the specs delivered. Only after I'd placed the order, was I given the estimated sourcing time of 5-11 working days for the frames + 5-7 working days for the lenses.

The frame I chose arrived within the expected time frame. However, it wasn’t what I expected and I returned it. The return process was straightforward and my payment was refunded promptly. Had the frame been more accurately described on the website, the whole transaction could habe been avoided. I wanted a matt frame and this one was very shiny, so a better description would have helped.

Love the glasses absolutely superb, however I would of given 5 stars if the shipping had been better, the longest wait for any delivery I’ve ever experienced.
