Disappointed returning customer
I was a returning customer, but clearly this company has big problems with branded stock. I had ordered a pair of prescription magnetic clip-on sunglasses (Polo) , only to get a notification after a few days that the pair I had chosen had been discontinued, and asked to choose a different pair. Found another similar pair (Tommy Hilfiger) and replaced my order a few days ago. Just had notification that these too are discontinued! So what's the point - wasted time and effort on this company that had provided my previous glasses. Completely lost trust in the process.
UPDATE: 17 April.
Customer Service were true to word. They reached out after reading review and looked into my issues (Danielle). They found an alternate pair of glasses that matched my need without me having to 'hope' they had them in. Offered my a 25% discount on the whole order to boot. Glasses arrived today and i'm not disappointed in them - stylish branded glasses, with snap on magnetic sunglasses addition. Would be 4* if not for the previous issue.

Shocking Customer Service !!
I have used Smartbuyglasses for a few years, always happy with products, prompt delivery and returns. HOWEVER, my most recent purchase and experience with Smartbuy has been abissmal, to say the say the least!! Michael Kors frames purchased December 2025, arms constantly needing tightening every few days. Refund requested as per returns policy, only to be told, I am only entitled to a replacement frame. Totally unacceptable, item not fit for purpose and despite being told a replacement would follow, still not received!! Shocking customer service and the very last time I will be using Smartbuy
