Greedy exploitative company. Did a free trial, finished an assignment, and then was forced to pay over $150 dollars of money I don't have just to view it so I could export and submit it.

Road Rebel Entertainment Touring has used SmartDraw for about 10 years. We love it! It has become an action word for us, we'll be in a meeting and someone will say, can you SmartDraw that? We diagram out training's, career paths, internal structure, the design of our database - you name it, we use it for bringing a visual clarity to all that we do. And it is so easy to use, would be lost without this tool. Would recommend it to anyone.

It has been a couple of years since I really used Smart Draw, but I have a need for it once again to work on our organizational chart. At the time I was actively using SD, I utilized your customer support. I remember calling, and being able to talk to a real person in a matter of rings. Your staff was friendly; website clean; and product straight forward. As many do, I deal with all sorts of softwares and technology daily. But I am here to tell you that not all are as clean, and easy to use as yours. I trust that not much has changed as it was super simple for me to purchase and register my SD account once again. Worth a 5 star if you ask me!
