Jo, is very helpful and answers all your questions.

Jo made an effort to find me the best security solution, given a difficult/remote area needed covering.

However in the end, the cctv stopped working.

We had an alarm system and CCTV fitted by Jo.

We first discussed by phone and then he came over to to survey and quote. The price was very competitive

He is very knowledgeable and a gave us good advise on the equipment.

After fitting he has helped with small issues by phone. Jo is very prompt, flexible and helpful

The price quotation I received from smart tech was great.
Once agreeing the price over the phone Jo came on time the very next day. He fitted the alarm and he took his time patiently and fitted the alarm exactly to the areas where we wanted . When he finished he then explained the whole system to us many times and he made sure we understood.
Over all I am very happy, I have already refereed this company to my friends and we are going to use this company in future to install the CCTV as well.
If you are thinking of going ahead with this company, I wouldn't hesitate.

Smartech Security was recommended by one of my close friend. Jijo was very prompt to respond and on his visit to my house for survey presented all the Options/products giving the pros and cons. This enabled me to pick up the right product for the Alarms and CCTV. Jijo also gave me the costing/schedule of completion and completed the installation on time and with the highest quality. Gijo came to our house to carry out a survey and advised us on the options available and suggested the best option available which fitted our budget.

I've had fittings by the team at Smart tech before. We moved house so had to move our alarm. A very stressful time and I typically left things last minute. However Jo at Smartech came to our hour of need ASAP. He juggled his schedule at the very last minute and came and uninstalled the alarm at the old property and fitted the alarm at the new alarm. He didn't try to sell me things even though I asked if I should have more alarm points. He said what I had was sufficient enough and advised me well of my new house layout. He was quick and very thorough and I really appreciated his friendly and professional presence. Thanks very much.

Smartech Security came and fit the security alarm at my house. All through out they were professional and courteous . After finishing the installation they were very patient in explaining the entire process of setting up the passcodes and downloading the App. However, what was truly remarkable was that when I encountered a minor issue after a few months all I needed to do was call them. They were absolutely proactive resolving the issue taht day itself ..Super duper happy with them

My security system was installed 4 months ago it was Superb service from the original consultation to the final installation which was undertaken with extreme professionalism.
The system was explained in simple terms by GIJO and I am very pleased with the completed installation which has given me peace of mind when I leave the house.
