Home Alarm system
This is very good system to alarm the home and comes with Mobile App which is easy to manage while you are out at work OR on road. They aver very professional and installed neatly with not much of wiring. Its close to 4 weeks and I am happy with the product.

Prompt, Knowledgeable, and excellent service
I have had my home alarm installed over a year ago. I have had it recently serviced through Smartech Security. Been very happy with the service and input in helping make the decision on the additional accessories and checks. Installer was very competent and answered all my queries to full satisfaction. Reasonable rates and I am impressed with the prompt proactive response I received for booking and follow ups. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

Excellent product and service in affordable price
Had this a couple of months now and it's been working great, yes we've set it off a couple of times because we've forgot to turn it off and the alarm was instant. The process of setting it all up was as it's says "easy" . I would recommend*****.

Annual service/battery replacement on Security Alarm system
Call for service was acknowledged immediately. Since call was made on Sunday work was carried out on Monday- the first working day- which is excellent .
This level of service is recommended.

Great service, great products
I have had my home alarm and CCTV fitted by Smartech, and for almost a year now it's been working like clockwork!
The technicians knew their stuff, and finished the fitting in a couple of hours. And absolutely no hassles as well. The devices were really good, and they ensured we were really comfortable in using the system before they left.
Also the post fitting services were also brilliant.
I would easily recommend Smartech, without any reservations, to anyone out there looking for anything with home security/automation.

Professional Service
I had the cheapest quote from Smartech after comparing and searching the Internet. Although I did not expect much, Jo really impressed me with his professional approach. Always on time, reachable on phone, and goes above and beyond to help.
He was very professional during the installation of the new alarm. We could easily tell the difference between a job done by a professional and novice. Jo explained that he had many years of experience behind him.
After the installation, I had to call Jo again as I had additional question about Risco Agility 3 which he had installed. We arranged to meet and went through the product features again in great detail. We (My wife and I) were really happy with his patient approach he had taken to explain the various functionality to us.
I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who wants to fit a new alarm.
