They lied to me to sell

They lied to me to sell. Solar panels not performing as claimed, I'm still paying high electricity bills up to £140 a month in the winter as well as the loan. In the summer, I get very little back, the highest in 2yrs being £42 credit(once). To say I'm so disappointed is an understatement 😠. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Air source heat pump installation

Air source heat pump installation was done to suit the workers and company but not the customer. Plumbing was done in one 12 hour session, at the end of October 2022, to reduce the time we would be without heating and hot water. That sounds like a good idea but the electrician didn't show up for days then couldn't do the job because the wrong controller had been supplied.
The incorrect radiators were delivered but replacements were found quickly.
Because of the way this installation was done it was not possible for the plumbing team to test the system and do a competent hand over I was just given the technical manuals and asked to complete payment even though we had no heating.
After the electrician had finished his work I was shown how to control the system and complete payment was made I found out that some of the radiators had not been bled, I put this right myself but was at a loss when I needed to repressurise the system.
Eventually I was able to talk to one of the plumbers who talked me through the procedure and he commented that one of the taps should not have been left open.
The guarantee details should have been filled out by the installers but that was not done untill months later.
I have since had the system serviced and the report stated that the external insulation was not upto the scheme standard and that the level of ferrites found indicated that the system had never been flushed, also breaking the scheme standard.
Since I contacted the company to get these points resolved I have been unable to get any answer to phone calls, emails or snail mail.
I'm pleased with the heat pump and had hoped that I could say the same for the company but sadly that is not the case.
