Avoid - shocking customer service after install

Front end sales was informative and helpful, installation took a few missed appointments, but the real opportunity is customer service. I have had the system 3 years, and on two occasions someone has needed to come out and fix it. The first time took multiple chases on my part. The second now - has been going on for a month. They are not even able to offer me an appointment as they are 'full'. Customer service has no escalation protocol, which means I am left completely in limbo with no solar production. If you are considering these guys - DON'T

Smart Energy Answers facilitates solar…

Smart Energy Answers facilitates solar and battery installations in Australia. My Sigenergy battery has been installed. However I experienced a lot of hassles in getting to this point.
The main issue is that the customer care appears to be managed out of the Phillipines. I must have had close to 20 different people contact me over the course of the installation.
Communication and follow-up is very poor. I am still awaiting someone to actually provide handover and how to use the app, but no one has contacted me.
I have ordered a 5th 8kW battery based on a half price January special - but I have no idea when it will be installed.
I was stuffed around re the original installation date but held firm and they installed when we had originally agreed.
I am still awaiting my certificate of Electrical Safety.
I have been chased by accounts to pay balances when the work hasn't been completed.
Honestly I cannot recommend this company because they just cannot get their act together and communicate with a single coordinated voice. Beware.
