A really top class professional company - conversion to combi boiler and new radiators including all the pipework. Did what they said they would do. No real mess to clean up, Dave and Leigh were brilliant from day 1 of the fit. Courteous, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. I have absolutely no problem in recommending this company to anyone. A shout out to Steph Piggott too who kept us informed all the way through the job. Thank you Smart

We had Smart Energy to replace our heating and hot water system. From a complex setup to a simpler combi boiler.

The entire process was incredibly well-organised,
from the initial quote and survey of the work. We were well advised as to the best solution for our needs. With no pressure to buy or upselling.

The installation was flawless, all the parts needed were scoped out before the installation and arrived the day before.
Mark Fullwood our engineer was brilliant. Here first to start stripping down the system and a second engineer was already organised to come and help with moving the old water tank.

On the second day, Mark came back and finished the installation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions. He left everything really tidy and did a really clean job on the installation. Can't rate him enough.

Just follow up, We had Smart Energy out to service the boiler. Again really pleased, Knowledgable engineer. Who gave us some great advice on reducing our energy usage.

From the moment that we spoke to Tom on the phone we received excellent advice and service. Brian who carried out the survey was open and honest. I found the service and professionalism of the highest standard. Kieran who fitted the new boiler carried out a very professional job. He was polite, courteous and helpful. He left our premises spotlessly clean. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Exceptional.

After looking for a boiler installer local to where I live (East Midlands) I was not satisfied with any of the quotes I received. Went to Boiler Guide's website and entered my requirements there and got three quotes come through. One of the quotes was from Smart Energy. Spoke to Tom at Smart Energy who advised and quoted for a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W heat only boiler to replace my failing 14 year old Ideal boiler. Tom arranged for a surveyor to come to my property and ensure that the boiler quoted would meet my needs. Decided to proceed with the install and so glad that I did. Come installation day, engineer Dave Cashmore-Jones arrived and did a fantastic job of removing the old boiler and installing the new one. Had a couple of slight alterations to make to get the new boiler to fit but made good all remediation work and completely tidied up after him. I now have a remarkable, good looking, very efficient and extremely quiet boiler installed at a very competitive price. The whole team at Smart Energy did an awesome job, well done guys! Would not hesitate to recommend Smart Energy to anyone.

All the workmen that did the loft, etc. To the men that installed the Central Heating were really pleasant and did the work to an excellent standard. Only a small criticism was that the men who fitted the Central Heating left a bit of a mess in some areas and left a small job that required the auditor to redo, which he did to my satisfaction. Overall, for a job, I was dreading being carried out they made the whole thing bearable.

Thank you smart Energy West Midlands Ltd, just before Christmas when we had that bad cold spell, my old boiler broke down.and being over 20 year old it was time to move on.i asked Smart Energy to help me out,and from start to finish they pulled out all the stops replaced my boiler up graded gas pipe etc and got me back up and running for Christmas eve.therefore i would like to thank all the staff that was all involved, plus the boiler fitters.thank you again for a good job.*****

From the very start the team at smart Energy were engaging, understanding and efficient. From the initial survey, no trying to oversell or confusion tactics through to the installation the team respected property, were polite and very knowledgeable. The whole cavity wall insulation was done in 3 hours and everything was tidied up, cleaned and put back to how it was before.

Smart Energy quoted for the complete installation of our central heating (we had none before!). Not only were they very competitive on price but their level of professionalism and customer service is 100%. From survey through planning and installation every step was smooth. In particular, 8d like to call out David Cashmore-Jones, the installation engineer who has masses of experience. His work was top notch and the outcome perfect. We really appreciated having true professionals carry out the work. We're so happy, thank you.

Had pretty much a full replacement of central heating carried out by Smart Energy. Not heard of them before but were on the desired boiler manufacturers approved installers list. Lee surveyed and answered all my queries and was very helpful. Mark the heating engineer was excellent. Tidy, knowledgeable and a grafter! Thank you both and the rest of the team for a great job done.

Despite an unforeseen change of plan regarding the installation date, Smart Energy did their upmost to get the work done as soon as they could. We were impressed that an engineer came to help store the new boiler and other boxes on the initial day arranged for fitting - thank you Lee.

Good experience for a boiler replacement and would recommend to others.

Brian arrived from Smart Energy at time promised, he was very friendly and gave me a very competitive quote for a new boiler without been pushy. He arranged an installation date that suited us and the heating engineer Dave and electrician Clive came at time quoted. I can't fault the workmanship and the lads left my property as clean as they found it. My wife even came in and asked me if I had hoovered but I said no Dave has cleaned up. Once again thank you Smart Energy for a job well done. Also because of the installation I have booked Smart Energy to replace my mother's boiler next week after another good price quoted from Brian.
