Thorough throughout the whole process from initial contact to survey and completion. Each member of staff was professional and handled our queries competently and the lads who did the final days work were excellent. Ensuring everything was spotless before they left. Smart Energy recently installed loft and underfloor insulation at our home. The company were very helpful in the lead into the installation making the process clear and stress free. The fitters were courteous, good natured and professional, completing the work with no mess....a really good experience. We would highly recommend this company.

Our in roof insulation on a dormer bungalow was completed swiftly and with minimum disruption, we were very impressed and are very pleased with the results which have given us a warmer downstairs living space.

This company was really good words carnt discribe the excellence of this company. There installer Mark dimond guy any time i had a query they use to answer my call straight away. There installer Mark always use to clean up behind himself and he showed the up most respect to my family. These lot in my eyes are the best establishment ive ever come across. What fantastic customer service from the moment I called this company! I rang because I was told I needed insulation in one wall. I rang smart energy and explained my problem and the service was phenomenal! They sent someone out the same day to survey as he was in the area! Lee did a survey of the wall by drilling a hole and putting a camera through and he saw that the insulation was already there we had been misinformed. Lee wrote up a report which he promptly emailed as proof that the insulation was already in. Although we didn’t need insulation the service was incredible!! Would highly recommend!
