I just bought my grandaughter the KTM 6v motorbike for her birthday and ive got to say that everyone who's seen it is really impressed. It really does look like the real thing. My grandaughter absolutely loves it and is always wanting to be out on it. Its quite nippy for a 6v so we have to run along side her as shes only coming up 3.
I have been contemplating buying this from another website until I saw it on here. £300 down to £199 with delivery so I saved over £60 which went towards a jacket and helmet.

From start to finish and trust me I had a lot of questions, Shakil was absolutely amazing, always polite and helpful and made ordering my sons ride on a great customer experience. I cannot recommend smart play zone enough.
The car which I ordered (maxi g wagon) is amazing in quality and looks even better in real life than in the images.
Shakil if you’re reading this, thank you for everything.

Collected a mazaratti yesterday for my granddaughters Christmas present, absolute bargain and great service, thanks again

ordered PS4 controller 4weeks ago, sent 3 e-mails no reply total scam don't use PLAY ZONE

Why is this company allowed to advertise!!! Complete scam I have a very upset little boy still waiting for his ps4 controller which never arrived. You get no reply from them and sent several emails. Unbelievable that people get away with this crap!

Scam! Ordered, no delivery, no website now, no way to get in touch with them.

Honestly if I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered a PS4 controller and still weeks after ordering no delivery. Don’t answer emails, total scam. Please stay away from this terrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a PS4 controller which was faulty upon arrival. After weeks of attempting to contact the company by email (the only contact method) I have had no answer. The website stats a 30 day return policy which they do not abide by and will just chose to ignore any communication.

Ordered 2 ride-on car batteries but delivered only 1, this could be manual error and is understandable, but there is no way to contact them back as the email seller has provided bounce backs and the phone call is not picked by customer service.

Fantastic service from this company. We ordered a Jc999utv 24v ride on car and am delighted with the purchase. The order was placed Friday and came on Monday-this fast delivery is unheard of when you live in Northern Ireland and during a health pandemic.
The car is just as described and our kids love it. Best priced too. Highly recommend

Sent me wrong item on Ebay when tried to contact didn't respond, soon as bad feedback was left they came to life very cheeky as well steer clear

Received the car with damage to the rear, bolts all loose in the box and misaligned doors which would not openly and close properly. Reported the fault and had to send back after struggling to get hold of anyone to arrange the return with - The company still have the audacity to suggest I should pay a restocking charge for their faulty item! Thankfully covered by Mastercard chargeback - Avoid this company at all cost, nothing but scam artists who resale returned / damaged goods and try con people who are unaware or their consumer rights.

If I could give this company a 0 start I would. Worst purchase I’ve ever bought from any company in my life. So I bought a car from here in November time then two month’s ago it stopped charging so I phoned Halford’s as it was bought through Halford’s market place with Smart Play Zone, they said it’s not our problem it’s Smart Play Zone’s but told us too take the car into Halford’s too look at so they did. They said nope car is broken Smart Play Zone need too sort it, so I spent four week’s e-mailing and phoning them they don’t answer the phone and didn’t reply too anything! So I kept phoning Halfords even though wasn’t really there problem told them Smart Play Zone are ignoring me so they tried too call them and no answer I also tried again and finally got through they said we will send you a new battery! Yes ok I trusted them and did they hell they didn’t send me anything and ignored everything they lie, there rude, they don’t want too do anything! Six week’s later Halford’s said enough is enough Smart Play Zone are useless I’ll try too get through too them so they did but no answer he came back and said you know what we will give you a refund and do what you like with the car, throw it, fix it, do whatever. I was so thankful after 8 week’s Halfords sorted the problem out because Smart Play Zone don’t know how too run a company awful never order from these! Awful you’ll be waiting for ages for a replacement or whatever awful and rude! Horrible company.

Really good service and prompt delivery. Only down side would have been good to advise that number plates would be sent on another date. But was later advised that that would receive these two days later. But still not received.
