Not happy with Maserati Levante 6V kids ride on car purchased from your company.
Hi,
I bought Maserati Levante 6V kids ride on car from this company and to be honest the delivery was very quick however the product in the box has some problems. I would like to get some response from Smart Play Zone.
1.The wheel cover that included in the box is not correct. I have received 4 wheel covers. Three of them has no problem but one of them is not belong to this car. It has Mercedes logo in the center of the wheel and if you turn it around that you can see it is for a Mercedes car with product code: 7997. From the box of my car I can see the code of my car is 7993. I do not want to make it a big deal if it can be put on the wheel of my car however it is smaller than the actual wheel so I can not use it at all. So now 3 wheels are shinning under the sun and one of them is totally black. You should understand how my daughter feels now.
2. The dash board area is not the same as I can see from your website. From the pictures on your website I can see there are USB ports and all other functions but from the car I received there is only one fake GPS sticker shows that the next stop for GPS is Shanghai.
I have pictures to back up the points above. I googled your contact details before you sent me this survey. The only email I can find in your website from contact us is sales at smart-toys.net. I emailed my complaint and pictures to this email at 05/10/2017 but still not heard anything until now. If you could provide me an alternative email then I can forward those pictures to you again.

You can not get through to this company on the phone. But they did reply to my e mail straight a way. The car arrived with in 4 days. And was of very good quality. I would order from this company again. (Just pick up the phone))

Brilliant service
Brilliant service I was annoyed at first as no one answered the phone but I then found out off one of the owners that they had been broken into after the initial hurdle they kept me updated with my order which i made on the Friday and had at my door Monday afternoon. I assembled the car and they are of good quality for the money hopefully my son will love it on his first birthday thank you for everything will definitely use again ;)

The car we bought looks great and our boy loves it. But when we opened the box we realised our purchase wasn't brand new as it was semi assembled. The door handle has already fallen off and the badges have lasted little over a few hours. There are a couple of scuffs on the car but we couldn't return it because it would break our boys heart. He is happy because he's only 2 but we as parents are not! £200 for a second hand item?? Won't be ordering from here again!!
