Service was great and how u could track driver and how they sent time slot for delivery was fantastic would recommend

Bought for my 19 month old for Christmas and they've delivered it to the wrong address trying to get into contact and phone just rings for about 30 seconds then cuts you off so been robbed of £170

Parts missing from electric car, personalised number plates didn't come with it , been trying to call for over and hour and a half answers with voicemail, choose the option you want I've tried three of them, just rings and rings and then cuts you off

Regarding response the email sent to me, gave me contact number and said opening hours were 8-5pm and call was answered by and if not open should be advising the opening hours and not asking you to choose the option you require then ring and ring and cut off,

We bought a Mercedes electric car for our son, it came quickly etc so no complaints there. And the product is fine, a few panels are different sizes etc which sound spey type but for how expensive they are you'd expect it to be perfect. The car came without the stickers as advertised, when I emailed questioning they just said that batch didn't have them so too bad, I emailed back but never got a response. Also do NOT pay for personalised registrations!!!! We got ours in a letter and it's just a piece of laminated paper, only half of the back reg is orange (I'm guessing their printer ran out of ink) , they're not even cut out and they wouldn't fit the cars space for the reg (not that I'll be putting them on as they're so poor)

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Their website is quick and easy to use and the free delivery service is great. The 6V ride-on toy car arrived in no time at all and we have one happy toddler.

We did have an issue straight out of the box with regards to the 6V battery having deteriorated and leaked but this has been dealt with by the manufacturer and a replacement issued.

Bought a Disney Pixars 'Car' ride on electronic car. Haven't set it up yet as its a Christmas present but delivery was perfect. It came the exact time it said it would on the dot. Good communication with regular updates on delivery times. Would recommend. Thank you smart play zone.

I placed my order on 15/9/2016 and received it on 18/9/2016 am and as I live in nr. Ireland, I am very impressed with this company and I have already recommended them to several friends and family.

Item arrived faulty and they wanted me to pay for return postage for them to "check it" still waiting for refund
