I ordered three items and only two…

I ordered three items and only two showed up. I received an email telling me all items had been delivered. When I said they were not, I received a very prompt response and within a day the missing item was shipped.

Saker is a fraud. What a rip off. Do not take the chance & get ripped off.

I order a set of 4 Saker funny props glasses after seeing a video ad. They looked cool, automatically eyelids open & closing electronically. Wow, after waitng 6 weeks to arrive from China, firstly I only got 3 pair of glasses. But the big fake rip off is the stings hanging down from the glasses that you have to pull to get the eyes to blink. The ad I saw even showed a dog wearing a pair & the eyes blinking. What a fraud, false advertising, & a total rip off. Lesson learned-Do not buy anything from Saker ever again.

UPDATE- I sent an email to Saker complaining about the product & THE SAME DAY I was given a full refund. That is good customer service. I will upgrade my rating to a 3, it's still a misleading ad but they did the honorable thing.

We ordered the thin rip jig for a table…

We ordered the thin rip jig for a table saw and did not receive the product. We sent an email to the customer service address provided and received an automated response that they would look into the the order, we never heard from them and sent a second request and received the same automated response. Still no product and our charge card was charged. A dispute has been filed with the charge card company. I will never do business with this company again.

It's been over a month since I placed my order!

I placed an order on 12/11/2025 and was, of course, immediately charged for it. Today (1/15/2026) I still haven't received my item! It seemed to have been shipped from the US, went to China (stayed there for about 10 days), finally arrived in Chicago on the 1/12/2026 and now it says "USPS Awaiting Item."
I have repeatedly reached out to the company and NOT A SINGLE PERSON has responded. All I get in response is" Request Received."
If you want your item in a timely manner, I recommend ordering from another company!

SMARTSAKER IS A SCAM!!

Ordered an item December 11th 2025 for a Xmas present, received a confirmation email from Smartsaker regarding the order AND still as of today Jan 10th 2026, I still have not received my order! I also sent them an email quite a while ago regarding this and no reply. I went to Facebook today, found a phone number but once it is dialed it goes to busy signal. What a joke!! I didn’t even want to give them one star!

Tried to cancel my order before they…

Tried to cancel my order before they sent if off. I mean 2 days after ordering it. No reply to my cancellation request and the item is delivered after 2 weeks. Tried to get in touch again to see if it can be returned - no one is replying to my email . The worst company I have ever purchased from !!!!!

Still Don't Have my Order

I made an order on 12/17 which I fully realized was probably too late for Christmas but it is now January 6th and I still don't have my items or even a valid tracking number for my item [the one they provided *says* it's USPS, but it starts with TK and doesn't work]. I have sent 3 emails to the email listed on their website [which limits you to 100 characters to explain your issue] and I have had no response. It's funny to see that they have time to respond to negative reviews on this website, but not their own customer service email. At this point I think I would rather have a refund than my order because I don't want my money going to a company with such terrible/non-existent customer service practices.

I now have a response on here asking me to send all my info to a random Gmail address but I still don't have a response to my 3 emails sent to the actual customer service email address on their website. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't give your money to this company
