Won't even return an email...

They never shipped items i paid for in full and the tracking number they gave me is bunk. They will not return any of my emails. It is 8 days shy of a whole month, having placed the order on the 12 of December, at which time the website assured me the items would arrive before Christmas. This sucks because it is a gaming console for my wife and son.

Never delivered, No customer support

Update 1/6: I sent email to Gmail in comments and got a response and refund.

I ordered multiple items for Christmas on 12/13. Tracking number does not work. When I reached out to customer service 3x, only received automated response. NOW someone is replying to these comments with a Gmail, why not through customer service? Lots of red flags, I’m not expecting any items or refund. I’m also wondering if any positive reviews here are real. BEWARE SCAM!

My order was missing the battery…

My order was missing the battery charger. Contacted them THREE times and no response other than "we'll get back to you." Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money. I paid over $125 for something I can't use.

Ordered 2 items the 30th of November…

Ordered 2 items the 30th of November 2025 and received one of them mid December. The other stated awaiting shipment and I have not received any additional information about arrival. Have sent numerous inquires and have only received automated replies stating submitted to our team. No response other than that

Ordered D-rings for tie downs on my…

Ordered D-rings for tie downs on my trailer but y'all sent two packages . The second package with squares in it I didn't order , I was charged 60.00 dollars for package. Trying to send it back has been a Frigging night mare . Communication is almost non existent and I don't think I'll be needing your services again.

Phony tracking, item received late and box torn apart

Bought a cd player for my kid for Christmas. Bought it at beginning of December, got purchase confirmation and then shipping confirmation. It never showed and the tracking information is phony. I contacted their customer service via email, chat, and Instagram messenger with not one response. Had to buy another cd player. Update: received on Dec 29. It was shipped in a thin bubble wrap sleeve in a thin paperboard box. Very little protection for an electronic device. The package had been ripped completely open and rebagged by the post office. Pretty sure it’s working though. I wish Smartsaker would respond to their customer service requests and not just negative reviews on here.
Update #2, after this, they refunded my money. Hopefully they are learning to respond to their customers before they have to resort to leaving bad reviews here.

Merchandise was not received

Merchandise was not received. Payment was made and shows on my account. Merchant made no response to my requests for information (except blanket AI generated email that says they received my concern).AND, they replied to trustpilot and wanted me to send info to a Gmail account! What in the world!

SmartSaker Furniture Mover

I ordered the SmartSaker Furniture Moving tool which arrived in packaging with no invoice, no order number, no return information - no information of any kind. My soon-to-be 80 year old husband and I tried to use it to move our refrigerator out for cleaning. The device was totally unusable. I have emailed to request return authorization but have never gotten anything other than an automatic response saying their Support System is Reviewing Your Request. It has now been 10 days and I'm still waiting for any helpful response.

It’s been a month since I’ve ordered…

It’s been a month since I’ve ordered from this company and I’ve emailed support staff 3 times to get an update or any information at all regarding what’s going on and have got no response. My order is still pending. Nothing is happening. They’ll take your money and not give you what you paid for. Beware: this company seems like a scam!!

Good communication from the start of my enquiry and throughout the whole process. Excellent quality of finished product and extremely good printing quality. Swift replies to all queries and questions throughout the process, very easy to work with and I will do so again when I need to re-order.
